Friends, (Trump starts all his emails this way)
Some of us will never understand how it was that we got on Donald Trump’s mailing list. And damn sure no one is going to tell us, either. But being on the list has been rather interesting in the last few weeks. I’ve gone from getting one every four to five days to now getting four to five every single day.
I’ve seen desperate. I’ve seen Trump wrapping paper. I’ve seen promised tours of Trump Force One, just one hour after promising some lucky winner a prime place at Trump’s first rally, the one that isn’t scheduled. But holy busy beaver sh*t on a stick, I have not seen the desperation of the kind dripping from today’s email.
Of course, who can blame the old boy? The “Unselect Committee” just referred him for prosecution, and his taxes were just put into the public record about two hours ago. Thus, this:

I DID NOTHING WRONG.
The January 6th UNSELECT Committee just unanimously voted to refer me to the Department of Justice to face charges. This is MADNESS.
They have absolutely no grounds for this and are demeaning our great Country at YOUR expense.
TELL ME: HOW CAN YOU CHARGE A PRESIDENT WHO DID NOTHING WRONG?
The corrupt Democrats have proven that there is no line they won’t cross to try to keep ME from running for President in 2024. This is just another WITCH HUNT, and I need YOU to be on the right side of history with me.
The DC Swamp wants to stop me. The Hollywood Elites want to stop me. The Fake News wants to stop me. The Deep State wants to stop me. The RINOs want to stop me. The Establishment wants to stop me.
They’re only coming after me because I’m fighting for YOU. They don’t want YOU in power, Friend, which is why they want to keep ME from winning in 2024. It’s time we take our country back.
I’m calling on my most FIERCE and LOYAL defenders to step up to the front lines of this battle and show the Left that we will NEVER stop fighting.

Jason I read it calling for more than money. 300 million guns on the street. 75 million deluded ‘citizens’. All it takes is ONE with an AR15 to wreck havoc, destroy lives and continue to instill fear and promote violence. You and I know there’s many desperate people with no direction in their lives. Lost souls. Lonely. No sense of purpose. Full of unfocused rage. Couple of points. I grew up with violence. My father was a violent alcoholic so I know guns, knives, beatings, threats, and was thrust into the middle time and again. Eventually my mom had to put two 38 slugs into him. I was grown and not there to intervene as I had done all my life. I had to resist shooting him myself at his worst. I chose a different path. Folks who don’t know real violence don’t know what it’s like. They think it’s the worst when it happens. It’s not. You lose your fear of death faced with the real possibility often. It’s the dread and the waiting knowing sooner or later it’s coming that wears on you. That’s where we are now. We continue to know it’s coming whether today or tomorrow. Trump wants all of us to be afraid and buckle under especially those trying to hold him to account. He continues his call to arms because he is an evil man and a psychopath. It is easy to scare people who operate with morals that make these things unimaginable. They don’t know what to do. They are deer frozen in the headlights and often don’t know how to fight back or stand their ground. They always underestimate evil because they are good. That’s why the department of Justice has failed us leaving him free to do what’s he’s doing, spread terror and chaos.He is a terrorist. My second point in dealing personally and professionally with suicidal people is they suffer terribly until they definitively decide to kill themselves. Most people don’t have the willpower. But when someone does and have decided, they often feel an immense relief knowing they are taking power to end this life of travail. I imagine these lone soliders he’s stirring up would feel relief going out in a blaze of glory. Misguided soliders fighting what they think is a holy war. That’s why the call to arms is exactly what I expect him to do. I also expect him, as a mobster, to couch it in doublespeak. He’s asking for sacrifices just like the military asks soliders to sacrifice themselves for an abstract larger cause. I’ve seen so many say he’s on the way out. He’s lost clout. He’s a toothless tiger, a has been. Wrong. As long as there’s an armed cult member out there, he’s far from harmless. He’s deadly to someone somewhere. He needs to be locked up. If not, I expect more violence. 1000%. I would bet my life the apologists have no direct experience with real violence. Violence like having a loaded 45. against your head by someone in a rage. Situations where death is a real possibility, not some movie while you eat popcorn. Soliders in combat know. That’s why the military spends so much effort trying to train people to deal with the unimaginable. Yet, it often destroys those who survive by becoming alcoholics like my dad, a Korean war vet. He’s a dangerous man who will get more dangerous the longer he’s free to stir up his cult.

As you know, I write constantly about stochastic terrorism, something which he’s always stoking and more and more as he gets desperate. So I agree 100%. On this one, I am the one guilty at taking it a bit light-hearted bc of the “Activate” 1,000% … “power pts”? He’s got the trading cards, can the video game be far behind? “Choose your fighter!”
But you are right, there is a very dark side to this.
As for violence, I’ve seen less than you (obviously, 99% of people have), but one thing that I HAVE told people is that no amount of movies, no amount of medical dramas, no amount of hunting and cleaning game, can prepare one as a lawyer reviewing murder pictures, or video. The violence is brought home in a way that you necessarily feel, and it’s 100x more penetrating than even the best “tragic” movie scenes.
He is calling for his “masses” to take up arms. No doubt about it.

To be fair – that’s a typo above, the $111 is actually $110 (On my honor, I wouldn’t cheat you out of a dollar). We’re dealing with zeroes and the 1,000% taking them away! I took the same two away and walked out with one.

Well, I guess we’ll see how a president who has done nothing wrong gets charged when the house leadership changes hands. President Biden’s crime has been and always will be being a decent guy. A mensch. Because of this he just doesn’t go for the jugular even when it would benefit not only him and his family but the nation. President Biden is only interested in fixing the shit burger he was handed by an incompetent administration.
