Because one would think that as press secretary, she would be the one releasing news and information about the president’s* condition at Walter Reed Hospital. Make what you will of it, Trump decided to call up Rudy Giuliani and let him play his Boswell. New York Post:

Trump sounds like the opioids are kicking in. Plus, he sounds beyond Shakespearean, he sounds biblical. His comment, “I’m going to beat this. Then we will be able to show people how to deal with this disease responsibly….if I had handled it any other way” implies that he got COVID-19 on purpose — and just as soon as he shows it who’s the boss, he will preach the gospel of recovery throughout MAGA-land.

From what I’ve read, the backgrounds in those videos don’t exist in the presidential suite at Walter Reed, so you would be correct.

What, does he gotta keel over to convince you? Then try this one for size: Steve Schmidt informed Twitter earlier this evening of a FLOODTIDE of panicked inner circle folks asking whether now is the right time to come forward. Not something they would do if this was under control, yes?
If it was JUST him getting sick, then maybe (and only maybe…how blunders and boasts does this man have to make for people to accept that he lacks the agility for this kind of con?) But with everyone else on the upper floors getting sick too? No…effing…way.
Couple this with the hospital video just released and it’s fair to say that he’s STILL thinking he can spin reality enough to where he can beat this. Trump has landed in the negotiation phase of his grief. It should go as well as all the other negotiating he’s done.

MSNBC just quoted an unnamed source close to the situation that said Trump’s vitals were bad and had them all worried. He is not doing well at anything but lying.
