The 79-year-old diapered dementia patient that occupies our White House currently is posting this on his social media platform because he thinks it’s quite funny. We guess. It’s not the only meme that he thinks is funny, either. The man needs a butterly net and the framers of the Constitution, in their wisdom, gave us one. But the framers did not foresee a day and age when one of the two major political parties was riddled with corruption, thereby rendering the strictures of the Constitution moot. Crass, but unfortunately accurate. I don’t know which of these two memes that so amuses our *president* is the worst, frankly. I think depicting himself and Russ Vought as the grim reapers is pretty sick. But tossing a Trump 2028 cap at the Minority Leader is a new low.
American politics is at its nadir. Let us unite and take back the House in 2026 and stonewall this maniac. He needs to be contained and only the political Hazmat suit of at least one chamber of Congress will do it. Trump is not going to get any saner, that is a guarantee.
At least in the Civil War, those fighting for the Union had the freedom to fight. Now we’re a nation of overweight, overfed, over stimulated, under educated, emotional toddlers.
