Now here’s a U turn that nobody was expecting Trump to take. We are now talking about Alex Pretti, the very same man that Kristi Noem has portrayed as a “domestic terrorist.” Hopefully, if Noem starts blasting Pretti again, some sharp reporter will play this clip for her and ask her to explain the difference in the way she sees the Pretti shooting and the way that Trump does.

ICE expresses its love to the protestors down in the street while Trump oozes his. Heartwarming, is it not?
One thing that we can read between the lines and conclude with all this: Trump wants an end to conflict. Whether he fires the head honchos running ICE and Homeland Security or keeps them, look for a reduced tone of animosity. This is undoubtedly because Republicans in Congress have told Trump that he needs to get a grip on this out of control situation or it’s going to bode ill for them in November.
And while Trump is publicly bragging about all of his achievements, he knows full well that losing the House and having a razor thin margin in the Senate (or, losing it as well) is going to be the kiss of death.
uhhh, no. trump knows there’s a lot of negative feeling and he knows that’s ultimately reflecting badly on him. he also still wants all the brown and as many black people as possible out of the country. i can imagine trump at the crisis meeting asking if ice could maybe be a little nicer. he still wants mass deportations and i assume he knows the quotas are no where near being met. i think ice may start moving into redder, southern states though things may not go as well there either. undocumented brown people probably stick out some place like minnesota but a lot of them have already been cleared out of red states. here in florida desantis made a big push on that before trump. they’ll probably try anyway and continue canceling protected ststus and other such programs so they will have those people to gey rid of. i know i had a better point two hours ago but my pacemaker got adjusted and i’m a little discombobulated.
