Reuter’s reported on Monday that a docket sheet had briefly been posted on the Fulton County website and then taken down a few hours later. Here’s what it looks like. The first charge, RICO, is categorized as a Serious Felony. And then it becomes sheer entertainment from there on out.

The document was dated Aug. 14 and named Trump, citing the case as “open,” but is no longer available on the court’s website. Reuters was not immediately able to determine why the item was posted or removed.”The Reuters report that those charges were filed is inaccurate. Beyond that we cannot comment,” a spokesperson for the District Attorney’s office said.

Let’s look at that statement for a moment. The docket sheet was there. Reuter’s has a copy, and we invite you to hit this link and see the PDF as well. Now, Fani Willis has not charged Trump yet. That is true. And the information here may be amended. But this appears to be the roadmap for where the District Attorney’s office is going and that’s the story. That’s what we want to know, not precisely whether Trump was charged this morning or will be charged tomorrow morning — although that would certainly be good to know, no argument there.

And I do not know why the charges are numbered that way. I noticed the oddball numbering out of the gate. Maybe there’s a clue here as to the delay. Maybe there will be a total of 39 counts and where you see a gap in numbering, those gaps will be filled in. Just speculating here.

Just looking at what’s here is amazing. My God.

What in the world is number 9, “Conspiracy To Commit Impersonating A Public Officer?” Somehow that reeks of Rudy Giuliani. That was my knee jerk reaction, that Rudy would know all about this particular item.

Then all the conspiracies and the filing of false documents, etc. This is going to be wild. In many ways, the Georgia indictment may be the most heavy duty to date — which is saying something — and the most criminal. It’s hard to say without seeing so much more but just what’s here is incredible.

And again, the man whose name appears on this information sheet is the GOP frontrunner.

  1. So what happens when the trails is done and Trump-O is found guilty and sentenced, if the Republican judge in Georgia pardons him???

Far fetched???…..look at the two impeachments where Trump-O was guilty as sin but the Republican Senate voted not to convict???

    • The governor of Georgia has NO pardon power. That is the exclusive province of the Georgia State Board of Pardons and Paroles. (It’s worth noting the Governor appoints the Board members but they’re supposed to be independent in their decisions.)

  2. This teaser of a post should gin up Fools Cap Don into penning another barbed parchment of delusional vitriol. Tick. Tick. Tick. Going. Going. Go … nearly there, eh Fool Caps Don.

  3. The only true way to end this Sh*t is to remove EVERY MEMBER OF THE NAZI GOP FROM OFFICE. Time to wake the phuck up America…especially all you phuckers who DIDNT VOTE 2022. FACT. That being said, it’s like the old joke: what do you call 500 attorneys at the bottom of the sea…a good start. Lock up the traitors and GO ALL THE WAY TO THE HOUSE AND SENATE. How many are implicated? How many pi$$ed on the graves of our combat veterans who died…goddamnit…DIED to keep this experiment going? This is a goddamn WAR…they started it…let’s finish it once and for all, and clean up the goddamn corruption that allows traitors to live off of the taxpayers. Here’s looking at you Clarence.

  4. Per Wikipedia, “Georgia is one of the three states whose governor does not have the authority to grant clemency, although the governor retains indirect influence by virtue of his power to appoint board members.” So, while the asshat gop “gov” can’t pardon, he has appointed the asshats who determine WHO will be pardoned.

  5. OOOooohh, I’m gonna LOVE what I’ll see here tomorrow!!!!

    The hammer fell tonight:

18 defendants (Trump’s name tops the list)!
    41 counts!
Numerous (61 or more) criminal acts cited!

Early indications on local 10 PM EDT newscast, network news (I was watching CBS) pre-empted local 11 PM programming, and as I write this we’re waiting for DA Willis to deliver remarks…..

Ms. Willis is up now, so I’m signing off. See you tomorrow😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
