We have turned into a nation of idiots. That’s not just my opinion, that is the opinion that the world is forming as they watch this inane and insane show on this side of the world. Our insanity seems to be spreading. Our good neighbors to the north, the civilized and polite Canadians, have their own problems with the Freedom Convoy, a group of truckers joined by private vehicles, which started in British Columbia and is wending its way to Ottawa to protest pandemic restrictions, Justin Trudeau, or just life in general.

Maybe the message here is that we’re just too stupid as a species to survive. I had hoped that the politicization of the global pandemic in this country, done for the basest of reasons, profit and control of the masses, would stay here. Apparently not. Apparently stupidity is contagious and that’s the real disease we need to fight, not the pandemic.

Meanwhile, back in the states, another Trump rally is scheduled in Houston, Texas tonight. The usual kinds of characters are gathering and waiting for the doors to open.

He’s absolutely right. This is not America anymore. We didn’t used to be a nation of immature trolls, we had more class than that. Not now.

This is a good point. I have personally directed a few people to go look up the First Amendment and see that it relates to “government suppression” of speech — not that it gives them a license to be an asshole or force their views upon people. I have followed that up with a suggestion that they look at the defamation laws on the books, and laws relating to infliction of emotional distress, intentional or not. You wouldn’t believe the wide eyes I’ve seen in response. This is brand new information.

You notice OAN is not on this man’s list. That’s a death knell, right there. AT&T is pulling the plug on OAN in April. I’ve been following that story and last I knew, there was no large carrier planning to replace Direct TV, which was the largest purveyor of OAN.

RSBN isn’t missing a beat. The vultures are circling the dead OAN and RSBN is grabbing the viewers it can.

And this is cute: MAGAs have to sign waivers if they contract COVID. Their golden god has been fully vaxxed but this is the elephant in the room. Nobody talks about that, Trump least of all. He doesn’t do well with being booed.

This is what you see when you register for the event on the website.

COVID is all mark of the beast and non-existent, but it still has enough reality that you have to sign a waiver not to prosecute if and when you get it. Simply incredible.

This is supposed to be Trump’s Great American Comeback Event tonight. We’ll see. Norma Desmond had her big comeback planned, too, and you know how that one worked out.

    • I always thought it was so funny how all these people who demanded they be free from “government tracking” were so willing to post there whereabouts on every single bit of social media they would be using.

  4. If Covid is not real, or no worse than the flu (both comments made numerous times by Traitor Tot) why do they need their MAGAts that attend their super spreader events to sign that waiver? I also seem to remember that Traitor Tot said that Covid would vanish by last summer.
    How do you tell when Traitor Tot is lying? When his upper a$$hole is flapping!!
