Canadians are the most polite people on the planet, as you will see when you observe Doug Ford insulting Donald Trump, but doing it in such a way that it’s not impolite. That takes some work. I’m glad to see that Canada is paying Trump back in his own coin without sinking into the sewer themselves.

You see how that was handled. It’s incredible that Trump is alienating our friend and good neighbor to the north. Maybe some future administration(s) can undo the damage.
The crowning blow from Trump was when he began to address Canada as a vassel state and dictate who they could do international trade with. That did it. Canada will do business with whomever it pleases and their opinion of Trump’s wishes in the matter is what you heard coming out of Doug Ford’s mouth.
