What you’re about to see is the new template for firing in Trump world going forward. Nobody is going to get fired as you and I understand that term, they will merely get shifted from their current position to a new one with a fantastic name. It’s going to be comic book time in Trump world. Kristi Noem is out and Markwayne Mullin of all people is in. And no I don’t know if Mullin will inherit Noem’s boudoir in the sky.

Trump doesn’t care that Noem killed people but he cares very much that she looked bad on television. That is the one cardinal sin in Trump world.

What a shame. She’s lost her personal luxury jet and membership in the mile-high club. As a consolation, I’m sure she’ll try to grift the hell out of her new post at whatever the “The Shield of the Americas” is, and then kind of drop out of sight for a while before buying a little hacienda in the SW with the kick-backs from her PR contracts. Maybe she’ll change her identity and have some plastic surgery, because when the DOJ and the FBI are reconstituted, they’ll come a-knocking.
I suspect “The Shield of the Americas” will suddenly have a need for a Boeing BBJ with a bed.
