A new billboard in L.A. is making a bold statement. In the massive billboard, a naked Donald Trump can be seen wearing a clown mask, standing in front of some very shocking words – words he uttered himself at a campaign rally.
The activist art collective “INDECLINE” installed the billboard which reads, “A clown can get away with murder.” The statement is a reference to serial killer John Wayne Gacy whose clown costumes became infamously associated with his crimes. INDECLINE said Trump’s own remark that he could “stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn’t lose voters” was relevant to the sign’s message.
.@indecline_ put a naked Trump statue decked out like John Wayne Gacy on a billboard in the middle of LA this morning. it's gnarly as hell. here's what they had to say about why they did it: https://t.co/Y23HSIb8lU pic.twitter.com/1VHNNrwoy6

According to the activist group, they wanted to make a statement that represents the loss of American core values in the politics, and the dangers of unconditional devotion among the Trump base. Their spokesperson said, “We want to raise awareness, we want to inspire people to continue fighting. Every generation has its obligation to pull the rope in the opposite direction. You can’t sit and stand by and be cognizant of the things going on in your country, and say that you give a shit, and say that you care, and do absolutely nothing. It’s our way of saying, ‘This is fucked up.'”
We all agree with your sentiment, INDECLINE!!
