Marjorie Taylor Greene has apparently decided that she is the standard bearer of MAGA and that MAGA is the New Republican Party. Perhaps she is right.

They are more aligned with Biden, the progressive communist, the globalists,the deep state, and the media than they are with the people.

The silence from Republicans is because they’re petrified. It’s a lot like the time Mike Pence went totally frozen in the chair of the Oval Office when Donald Trump was threatening to shut down the government — which he did. Steve Schmidt said that Pence was so still, “that if he was on an airplane, the flight crew would be drawing straws to see who went over to see if he was dead,” or words to that effect.
If you parse through the rest of her idiocy, the bottom line is that Greene is saying that the old guard Republicans are the enemy, along with the Democrats, and the new, true blue, no make that true red, Republican party are the MAGAts. And that means she, Gaetz, Boebert, Jordan, Gohmert, you know this crew, are the new face of the party.
If that’s the truth, then the GOP better put a bag over its head.
There are women giving depositions about Gaetz. It isn’t testimony, because he isn’t on trial – YET. There’s also statements about his antics on the House floor, and elsewhere.
She might want to read up on how legal proceedings work, because right now, she has less knowledge than people who grew up watching “Boston Legal”. Or “Perry Mason”.
Why should she “read up on how legal proceedings work?” It doesn’t look like any of the MAGA ilk has done so–not even the so-called attorneys among them. I mean, remember how all of them were complaining that the courts were turning them down for “lack of evidence” but they couldn’t get in the courts to *show* their “evidence?” In order to get into a court in the first place, you have to provide any and all evidence BEFORE you enter the courtroom–not AFTER the courtroom. The court has to determine IF provided evidence is valid, otherwise that “evidence” will rightly be excluded.
