Mike Lindell Announces Dominion Has Laid Off Workers, They’re Coming To Him As Whistleblowers

If you were in the school of thought that Mike Lindell’s ludicrous Cyber Symposium would be the end of his improvisational madness centered around the fiction of voter fraud in the 2020 election, you bet wrong. Lindell is obsessed. He can’t give it up. He’s apparently ready to ride this vehicle to the end of the line, to the gates of insanity and death, as they say in recovery programs. Maybe Lindell should start his own 12-step program, Trump Anonymous, ya spose? He’s certainly powerless over Donald Trump and all things related to him and his life has become completely unmanageable — and it’s about to get weirder still.

Lindell is at the right-wing conclave in Michigan now, the Health and Freedom Conference, where Mellisa Carone and Stella Immanuel and all the rest are proselytizing right-wing talking points. As you’ll see from this clip, Lindell gets a standing ovation when he mentions the defectors from Dominion. Also, keep your eye peeled for his shaking hand holding the mic and how he licks his chops, for lack of a better descriptor, at the end of the piece. Impaired, much?

What’s that you say? You just heard a piercing scream off in the distance? Yes, that’s the sound of Mike Lindell’s legal counsel, because Lindell just stated on the record that Dominion has laid off 40 workers, which would seem to be an indication of economic damage. And economic damage is precisely what Dominion intends to prove Lindell has caused them with his baseless, defamatory comments. So he has played right into his adversary’s hands.

Also, parse through this for a moment: some of Dominion’s employees were being threatened by MAGAs and were afraid for their lives when all this started. Do you really think they want to have anything to do with Lindell and the rest of the MAGAs?

And Lindell does not look well these days. I don’t know what the chops licking is about but this is the second time I’ve seen him do that in the past week. Severe dry mouth, maybe?

Now as whacko as this is and as much as we laugh, remember: he’s one nut up on stage but the audience is full of people who think this is real. That’s what’s scary. And when a mob of disillusioned crack pots gets together, and gets upset, that’s how you get a scene like the one that happened on January 6. Yes, this is batshit demagoguery but it is demagoguery none the less. And Lindell believes what’s coming out of his mouth. That’s the scary part. That’s the flaw in his character that guarantees that this is going to go the way of Greek tragedy.
