This is just a tiny bit neurotic, methinks. Yes, Mar-a-Lago is a private club but it’s well known that photos and videos leak out of there like the proverbial sieve. Melania seems to have a zero tolerance when it comes to her son being photographed, however.

The “harsh punishment” is a lifelong ban from Mar-a-Lago. That’s not necessarily a good idea for Mar-a-Lago. The club presumably benefits from VIPs and beautiful women, or a combination of both, visiting there. Plus, even the pro-Trump X account below says that Barron looked lost and alone.

He should have brought a friend, or a date. Although any young woman seeing this piece about Melania going bonkers because two models photographed him at a social event might think twice about wanting to be anywhere near Barron or his mother.

These videos and more are all over the internet and social media. Seems to me to be much ado about nothing. Barron is a grown man and a college student. If he was ten, it would be reasonable to ask for privacy, but that’s no longer the case. I don’t think the models in question, Valeria Sokolova and Abla Sofy, did anything wrong.
My advice to this young man is to set out on his own and travel. Learn what the world and all its diversity has to offer. No less than Samuel Clements took this advice and was a much wiser man when he returned. I wish him every success and hope his life is not poisoned by the family he was born into.

Your advice to Barron was thoughtful. I was concerned that his Secret Service protection would hamper his true independence, but I have just learned online that the adult child of the current president can decline the protection to which he is legally entitled for as long as his parent remains president.
