Dotard appeared to be at a loss to understand how Kamala Harris, a woman with a black Jamaican father and and an Asian Indian mother could possibly identify as both black and Indian. Now that seems pretty straight forward to most normal folks, but former New Orleans mayor Mitch Landrieu took to the air on MSNBC this afternoon with Reverend Al explain to the mental midget in small words that even he might understand that it is indeed possible to be both Indian and black and also that it is the case that most anyone can be a combination of two things at once.
