They appear to be discussing two things: 1. Money (surprise, surprise) and 2. Natalie Harp. Or some woman, but it’s most likely Natalie Harp. Take a look.

Your guess is as good as anybody’s about what Donald and Melania were discussing. Money for Melania? Something for Natalie? What does, “was it enough?” refer to.
As to closing the door, who knows what sweet pastoral domestic scene that impinges on?
One thing that is consistent here is that Melania clearly does not want to be there and she leaves before her husband and without him. That tracks with everything that we know about Melania so far, that she shows up sporadically and chooses her appearances carefully, and appearances they are, not some delightful family outing that she’s having with loved ones.
Just another example of how clueless these people are. These conversations happen in public, where they are observed-as opposed to being behind closed doors.
