The latest tranche which dropped shows Kellyanne Conway talking about January 6 and how she wanted Melania to stop the madness. Apparently that didn’t happen.
In her testimony to House Jan 6 Cmte, Kellyanne Conway said she texted Melania Trump on Jan 6, 2021.

It seems quite evident that Melania Trump has been a sparrow and his handler from early days. Her sentiments to the US are indifferent at best. I expect there is small quarter left for her in Russia so she must hedge her bets.

Now, admittedly, this is speculation and it’s certainly not kind. But then this is the I Really Don’t Care, Do U? gal we’re talking about, the Queen of Cruelty, so I don’t feel compelled to be especially genteel.
Plus, if there is one lesson that has been hammered home to me, over and over in the years I’ve been writing about Donald Trump, it is that as strange as what you know is, whatever you don’t know is even stranger.
This situation with Trump is just like the Russian dolls. You open up one, there’s another. You open that up, another one still. And so it goes. Deeper and ever deeper.
It would not surprise me to learn that Melania was a Russian plant, let’s just put it that way. Nothing is surprising with respect to the lengths Russia will go or with respect to how corrupt the Trumps are.
When we were talking about the strange looking lump on hair twitler’s head, my husband said “maybe Melania gave it to him”. As amusing a thought that may be, perhaps she does secretly wield power over him.
I am serious as a heart attack when I say nothing would surprise me with these people. Nothing. Jared is in bed with the Saudis, why not Melania with Putin? Either figuratively or literally?

This is a very common conspiracy theory. I don’t present it as conspiracy theory, obviously, I present it as speculation. But given the nature of who we’re talking about, the Trump family, anything is possible. I truly believe that.

It might be as simple as she negotiated a much more favorable pre-nup to stick around once her “service” (x number of years, pump out a kid to prove he was still getting laid) was up. If the look on her face at one of those New Years “gala” pics is any indication part of the agreement was New Years was one of the nights she had to fuck him to earn her money. But I digress. Given her origins it’s entirely plausible she was one of many groomed to be “honey traps” over here in the states. Find a rich husband, as rich folks are more likely to be Republicans. Most of the time nothing intelligence-wise comes of it but now and then one of these rich trophy wife assholes winds up in politics.
It’s no stretch at all to think that given they’d had their eye on him as a potential useful idiot for a decade before he met Melania they even targeted him by throwing a string of eastern European “models” at him.
