Oh, for goodness’ sake! Not only did he arrest a judge, he posted a picture of her “perp walk”. That’s against policy. It shows how he is making a travesty of the FBI. Could you imagine what the FBI people felt like, having to arrest her? I can’t! I’ll bet there was some embarrassment there – well, I hope there was. There might have been someone who had an evil joy at arresting a JUDGE.

This goes to prove what a joke Kash Patel is. He was sitting by the pool, making phone calls. He just gave them orders and expected them to be obeyed. No, he hasn’t gone after his enemies’ list. Yet. But I would say the possibility is still very real. How about this? From the BBC: ” Announcing her arrest, FBI director Kash Patel accused Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan of “intentionally misdirecting” immigration agents away from a Mexican man they were trying to arrest last week. And: During a preliminary court hearing on Friday, Dugan’s lawyer said she “wholeheartedly regrets and protests her arrest. It was not made in the interest of public safety“. What a bunch of hooey! You have to see that she would know some damn good lawyers, too!

Here, have some more, from CNN: “The arrest is the point,” Craig Mastantuono, an attorney for Dugan, told CNN in an interview. “It’s a clear departure of the policy. There was no threat to public safety. She was not afforded the chance to come in and offer her side of the story.” First, I’m shaking my head. Next, I’m mad and getting madder. “It is unclear following Patel’s post on X if current Attorney General Pam Bondi has changed the conduct policy for Justice Department personnel regarding photos of defendants.” I’ll bet she hasn’t, although she will now, that’s for sure! She has to CYA not only herself, but Patel too! I bet that irks her six ways from Sunday.

DAMN, but this cabinet of tRump’s is sad. They try to speak in a way that’s protected, but they think of themselves first, and the US second. That’s backwards. I don’t think Kash has any intention of actually running the FBI. Does he even have a computer there? And if he does, is it used? I think he may have one and use it to search through websites to find something he can use that will make him look good. Arresting a judge does not!

From PBS: “The arrest comes amid a growing feud between the Trump administration and the judiciary over the White House’s immigration enforcement policies. The Justice Department had previously signaled that it was going to crack down on local officials who thwart federal immigration efforts.” Oh, really? Abuse of its power to make arrests is more like it. How about deporting a 4-year-old child with cancer with her parents and without her medicine? How about deporting an alone 2-year-old? That’s over the top! And ICE is just going to keep on with this to make their quotas.

I’ll close with this, again from PBS: “Court documents detailing the case against the judge were not immediately available, and the Justice Department didn’t immediately have a comment Friday. A person answering the phone Friday at Dugan’s office said he could not comment. The Associated Press left an email and voicemail Friday morning seeking comment from Milwaukee County Courts Chief Judge Carl Ashley. The Justice Department in January ordered prosecutors to investigate for potential criminal charges against state and local officials who obstruct or impede federal functions. As potential avenues for prosecution, a memo cited a conspiracy offense as well as a law prohibiting the harboring of people in the country illegally.”

Y’all, this is above and beyond. Kash thinks it will make him look good to arrest a JUDGE and accuse her of obstruction. I think it makes him look horrible. I’ll bet a lot of people think it made him look horrible. It’s yet another Cabinet member trying to flex his muscles, showing this could happen to anyone at any time. I refuse to be intimidated. I refuse to hide. I refuse to quit writing. (Apologies for the blurry picture. It was tiny, and I had to resize it. The post was deleted almost immediately after Kash put it up.)

****And now, please be so kind as to read a very special request from our awesome boss******

Zoomers, if you can spare a donation, it will keep us trekking through cyberspace from planet to planet and psychotic news story to psychotic news story. We just need a little green energy to keep going on our (now) nine-year mission, and who knows how long it will take to get rid of Trump? Thanks. Ursula

    • Oh, please, you Drumpf MAGAT apologist piece of $#!+. Go back to your bridge, you miserable troll.

Remember this: It was YOUR guy who was so “outraged” at the “politicization of the judicial system and the FBI” when *HE* was the “victim” of such events. (Gods, how I would’ve loved to see him subjected to a perp walk. Oh, you might want to remember Drumpf’s reaction when he had to be taken in for a mug shot. I never knew that the CRIMINAL SUSPECT got to set the terms of taking the mug shot.) But, he TOLD us all what he was going to do, and that was weaponize the legal system against *his* “enemies” (and, basically, his “enemies” are anyone who dares disagree with his little dictatorial aspirations).

      • YOU are the dumbest piece of lefty shit I’ve had the pleasure of responding to in a while. You’ve just admitted that bidumb administration engaged in weaponizing government agencies before the 2nd Trump term but you’re mad because you didn’t get to see Trump perp
walked? Or he dictated the terms of his arrest? Or the mug shot that you fem boys so badly wanted was flipped to benefit Trump then went viral?? Friggin idiot.

  2. Is it time for some other judges (those in D.C. hearing the deportation fracas) to finally find out which officials in DOJ et al are responsible for the interminable delays in obtaining information and hold some in contempt of court and actually jail them? How high up the chain does the dumbfuckery go? Is it Patel, Bondi or six others?

  3. If the judge was attempting to sneak the defendant out, it was a weak attempt.
The FBI wanted to arrest the guy in the courtroom, which is totally out of line.
After “sneaking” out of the courtroom, the defendant walked into the lobby, past an FBI agent, then took the elevator to the lobby with another agent. Only when he was outside, did he begin to run and was quickly apprehended.
