This shit just got as real as a heart attack. Earlier today the news broke that Fulton County, Georgia District Attorney advised Rudy Giuliani’s Georgia lawyers that he was now officially a of herTarget of the criminal probe. Giuliani was scheduled to appear in front of the grand jury on Wednesday, so this notification was a standard courtesy to allow the witness to plead the 5th amendment in the grand jury, knowing the peril he was in.

So what? Well, how about this. Earlier today South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham was ordered by a federal judge in Georgia to show up as scheduled next Wednesday to testify to the grand jury in Georgia. The judge brushed off Graham’s claims that he was acting within his Senatorial duties when he called the Georgia Secretary of State, and pressured him to recheck and reject signature matches on Democratic mail in votes. Graham vowed to appeal the ruling.

But wait! There’s more! Even before today, Fulton County DA Fani Willis had already advised every GOP lawmaker who had signed on to the fake elector ballot that they were now considered targets in her criminal investigation. One, the GOP Senate Majority Leader will have to be prosecuted separately, since a Georgia state judge ruled that Willis had a conflict of interest, having held a fundraiser for his Democratic opponent.

Willis has yet to announce whether or not she’ll subpoena former President Traitor Tot to testify in front of the grand jury or not, but it’s really a moot point. Trump’s recorded phone call to the Georgia Secretary of State to pressure him to find 11,780 lousy votes to overturn the Georgia election results was a master class in self incrimination.

Actually, I’ve been waiting for this, and I’ve written about it. Willis doesn’t just want to punish people for their personal actions, she wants to wrap it up in a nice, shiny ball to show that the whole thing was planned and orchestrated. If she can prove that, the penalties are much more severe than just individual criminal charges.

And here’s a hot tip for you. In the days and weeks to come, look for Trump’s Unleash the Kraken Lady!, Sidney Powell, to come on over to Fulton County and have a chat in front of the grand jury. Why? MSNBC has reported that in her official duties, Powell engineered 3 separate unauthorized incursions into Dominion voting machines looking for voter fraud, 1 in a rural Georgia county, and 1 in Michigan. She also tried it in Nevada, but was short circuited when a judge allowed an inspection of the machines, without the intrusive data collection she wanted.

Fani Willis is a woman on a mission, and she’s lucky to have such moronic co-conspirators to help her along. Giuliani is toast. He was recorded lying to a bipartisan Georgia Senate working group about massive voter fraud. The Georgia legislators are toast. They signed on to a clearly illegal and unconstitutional scam to overturn the Georgia election results. Powell is already toast, since her entire operation was illegal.

And Trump is toast because he has already convicted himself. Whenever a law enforcement official or prosecutor is handed a criminal file, the first question they always ask themselves is, Who benefits? And when you answer that simple question, therein lies Trump’s road to perdition.

What did Sidney Powell have to gain personally by illegally obtaining secure voter data from machines in 3 states? What did Georgia legislators have personally to gain by falsifying the electoral college votes in 2020? What did Lindsey Graham personally have to gain by pressuring the Georgia SOS to throw out Democratic mail in votes on palsied signature matches? And what did Rudy Giuliani have personally to gain by engineering an illegal scheme to flip the Georgia vote count? Nothing!

Only Trump stood to gain from their efforts. Consider that both Powell and Giuliani were Trump lawyers embroiled in the legal challenges to overturn the election. Trump himself spoke by phone to Georgia legislators at one of Giuliani’s meetings with them. Trump invited Michigan electoral fraud legislators to the White House for a pow-wow. And Trump personally made a phone call to strongarm the Georgia Secretary of State to fudge the vote totals.

If Merrick Garland wants to get first licks at Trump, he had better pick up his game. Because Fani Willis is a boulder rolling downhill, and she’s not interested in taking prisoners. Don’t touch that dial.

Was this the same judge who found no conflict of interest in Brian Kemp’s being Georgia’s Secretary of State THROUGHOUT the 2018 election in which he was running for Governor? (You can damn well be sure if the SoS had been a Democrat running for Governor, there would have been an absolute “conflict of interest” and the SoS would’ve been ordered to turn over his/her responsibilities to an assistant for the duration of the election cycle.) Or was this just another GOP-bought and -paid for judge displaying “Loyalty to Party over Justice?”
