Lady Karma is throwing a New Year’s Eve bash, and her guest of honor is Donald Trump. At least, from the past few days’ headlines that is what we can determine. Tonight Mary Trump has published on her Substack page a new piece arguing that there’s plenty of evidence that Trump could be sued by Shaye Moss and Ruby Freeman. Trump got up at a rally in Valdosta, Georgia and showed a video of Freeman and Moss at the ballot processing center and then he accused them of the same crazy things that Rudy Giuliani did.
Giuliani was not the president of the United States at the time, nor a billionaire. Trump was. If a buffoon like Giuliani was held accountable to the tune of $148,000,000, can you imagine the abuse of power that Trump committed? And how much more money he might be made to part with? Take a stroll down memory lane.

This is sheer fantasy land, what happened in Georgia and how the event of those days were bastardized into something else. This was America’s darkest hour, or surely one of them. I’ll grant for the sake of argument that the firing of the first shot of the Civil War on Ft. Sumter and/or the bombing of Pearl Harbor were equally as dark, I wasn’t there for either. But neither of those two events involved a United States president going berserk because he wasn’t enough of a man to admit that he had simply been defeated and needed to leave the White House. Plus, note the date stamp on this post: This is almost two years AFTER January 5, 2021 and well after all the events in Georgia transpired.
I showed the two pieces of evidence above to attorney Joe Gallina and asked him if the two Georgia election workers could bring a similar case against Donald. Here’s his legal opinion:
”Seeing this evidence, I believe Donald Trump could 100% be sued by Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss for defamation—and they could win. Further, I think Donald Trump faces more serious legal trouble.
“Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss successfully argued all four elements – telling a lie, broadcasting it, showing malice, and harm – which were needed to prove defamation in court against Rudy Giuliani. Donald Trump appears to have committed all four as well.
“The main challenge with bringing the suit against Trump is that he will claim immunity, because he was president when he made most of the purported defamatory statements.”
I pointed out to Gallina that Donald’s “absolute immunity” claims have been falling apart in court recently. He concurred.
“First, just this month,” Gallina said, “Trump’s immunity defense was knocked down in E. Jean Carroll’s case, and also his DC election fraud case. Now, Jack Smith has asked SCOTUS to review when immunity applies.”
“But, immunity might not even be a hurdle for Freeman and Moss, because Donald made a huge and very costly mistake,” Gallina added.
Immunity is a non-issue here because of what we’ve already seen above, the date stamp on Trump’ Truth Social post is January 4, 2023. Trump was long out of office by then, but still defaming Freeman and Moss. Evidently he believes his own lies. That’s always been his gift. He thinks up a lie, and then says it, and by the time the lie has been repeated two or three times, Trump totally believes it and then he keeps doubling and tripling down on him. It has all become real.
Trump’s certainly the intriguing mental case and I hope his niece Mary will write more about that aspect of this episode in our collective lives. But unless he’s actually able to plead insanity, or diminished capacity or some kind of mental impairment, he’s going to be on the hook for the same facts that Giuliani found himself on the hook for. And you know the last thing Trump is going to do is argue that he’s mentally impaired. No, he’s Mr. Person, Woman, Man, Camera, TV, remember?
Better get a big fundraising dinner together, Donald, out there at Bedminster or at Mar-a-Lago. Rudy has no way to pay his yuge judgment and you might just have a yuger one yourself, ready to come down the pike. The $100,000 per plate dinner for Rudy didn’t move the needle, you’d best hope that you can sell enough raffle tickets or something to the MAGAs to generate some cash.
After all, tomorrow is the longest night of the year and all the days and nights are going to get pretty long for you, from here on out. And yet these nights will flit by like nothing compared to the ones you’ll spend in prison. Ask anybody who’s been there. Ask Michael Cohen or Allan Weisselberg who were there, because of you.

It’s possible that by the time any judgement could be held up on appeal there won’t be anything for Freeman and Moss to collect. Still, I hope they go ahead. Just look at how being sued and getting his ass kicked in court by E. Jean Carroll has sent Trump round the bend. A WOMAN! Beating HIM! Can you imagine how crazy a couple more WOMEN, and not just women but BLACK women kicking ass in court will make him?
Women, black and white are kicking Trumps ass all up and down the East Coast.
Would it be worth it for their safety and sanity? They would have to go into deep hiding. Their lawyers would have to get security. The Magats would be on them like like like ummmmm you know the drill. It would get ugly. I know we all want 45 to be held accountable but maybe let us let Jack Smith do that???
Jack Smith certainly can handle it… but I still want to see Ruby Freeman & Shaye Moss sue DON THE CON for DEFAMATION. After what they’ve been through, they deserve a bigger payout. Though I think Rudy’s money is just squirreled away somewhere, he’s hiding his assets.
The law and the judge say bankruptcy won’t keep those two.women from collecting the money Rudy owes them. They can take his homes, his bank accounts, his balls…
His homes & his bank accounts… OK. I can’t see much use for Rudy’s shriveled balls.
To quote Mama Isis in. The Princess and the Frog,”This is gonna be good.”
I hope they do sue him. I.hope they get all 3 floors of his residence in Trump Tower, occupy one floor and turn the other two into a shelter for pregnant women who could no get an abortion in their home state and have fled to NYC to.do so. It would be you n yuuuuuuuuugely appropriate since his bought and paid for SCOTUS allowed states to ban abortion.
