It’s a rare day when we don’t hear about Donald Trump ranting over something. I’m convinced he must be the most bellicose president in U.S. history. Judge Arthur Engoron, who presides over the recently adjourned $370 million civil fraud case in Manhattan has lately been Trump’s favorite target, despite gag orders that were supposed to prevent him from leveling attacks on the judge and his staff.
But now Trump seems to have another judge in his decidedly nearsighted sites. He lashed out Saturday against Judge Lewis Kaplan, who is presiding over the defamation case of E. Jean Carroll, whom Trump was found to have sexually assaulted, Raw Story reports. Trump turned snorty and farty because Kaplan is refusing to delay the upcoming trial due to the death of Melania Trump’s mother, Amalija Knavs.
The trial will be held in Manhattan beginning next week. Trump used his Saturday to spew his usual butthurt bile, in the same way that he always does when someone hurts his fluffy little feelings or transgresses against him in some way or another.
“crazed, trump hating judge, lewis kaplan, who presided over the election interference witch hunt, disguised as a trial, of a woman i have never met before (celebrity photo line does not count — i had no idea who she was!), was asked if he delay this rigged political scam for one day so that i could attend the funeral of my beloved mother-in-law with my wife, the former (and next!) first lady of the united states — and he said no,” trump wrote, using retreads of his claims previously used to defame carroll.
“He is a bad person and an even worse judge. appointed by, and friends with, clinton, he purposely scheduled this hoax right in the middle of the important new hampshire primary. This is the second trial concerning the same person, who is represented financed by political operatives. it could have taken place at any time, including months ago. Can anyone imagine a husband not going to his wife’s mother’s funeral over a made up story — a story that has been allowed to simmer by a really bad judge who suffers from trump derangement syndrome!”
This is whiny nonsense. But then that’s typical for Trump. He’s never experienced legal problems while being poor. The judicial system does not revolve around the superficial wants of someone, regardless of their social status, but still especially so if they are poor. It’s a painful lesson that Trump truly deserved to learn.
But instead, we have a former president who whines in crayon words and really does act like a three-year-old. Social media users are fed up and they said so.

If he thinks he’s broken with grief…wait til he loses HIS money, and not the money he’s conned out of his sheeple. Then the tears may flow…for himself of course. Self pity and victim hood are his stock and trade.
The trump organization is a non-reporting private entity that serves as a holding company for his various investments. It’s going to be extremely interesting to see what his actual assets and liabilities are, if the organization goes into receivership in a month or so. Forbes puts him in the black for about $2 billion, but there are some analysts who think he has negative net worth. When the tide goes out, there could be a scramble by creditors to get their cash.
One big winner could be Jean Carroll, who will be a priority claimant with a court award and payment order from her first rape and defamation trial of $5 million. That could increase by an order of magnitude when punitive damages are decided in her second case to begin next week. The interesting thing is that punitive damages are calculated on net worth, so we may see some reliable numbers soon.
