GUILTY! The Lid Just Blew Off Of The J6 DOJ Probe

This is exactly what the DOJ needed. With the conviction of Elmer Stuart Rhodes and Kelly Mayes, a top lieutenant of the top charge on the indictment, Seditious Conspiracy, and all 5 convicted from a smorgasbord of other charges, the DOJ did something it hasn’t done in 68 years, get a seditious conspiracy conviction against US citizens.. Which is bad news for El Torio and his Loud Toys, who are next up in the hurt locker on the same charges.

It’s also a crushing defeat for far right extremist groups in general, but the Oath Kreepers in particular. Former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner summed it up perfectly on MSNBC today; The Oath Keepers are the largest and best organized far right group for a reason. Stuart Rhodes. He’s a Yale educated lawyer, and he’s able to get in front of a microphone or camera and espouse the group’s beliefs and goals that doesn’t come across as a far right rant. His conviction will definitely damage maintaining their membership and recruiting new ones.

But it’s also a ticking time bomb for another mob of deadbeat miscreants. Traitor Tot and his merry band of freebooters. After all, the Oath Kreepers didn’t engineer this conspiracy by themselves, there were only about 100 of them at the Capitol that day. And the group lacks the reach and media savvy to assemble that kind mob. Donald Trump was the one who announced January 6th for his riot, and said that It will be wild! But there are a whole bunch of other Trombie cretins suddenly on the hook;

To hear you tell it, you basically ran the switchboard at the War Room at the Willard Hotel, basically coordinating between other seditious traitors on the street, and the White House, leaving a post Bannon Willard employee to say that the place looked like a grunge band from Seattle had stayed a month. You’re also the one who did the now infamous Nostradamus, and predicted the whole thing the day before
• I’m looking at you Michael Flynn, you pathetic disgrace to your uniform. You were in and out of the Oval Office at the same time you were seen in direct personal contact with high level Oath Kreepers. Watching you get perp walked would sanctify my life
• I’m looking at you Roger “Rabbit” Stone. Your dumb ass actually bragged about your continued deep access in the Trump White House, as well as your high up contacts in the Loud Toys and the Oath Kreepers, including an Oath Kreeper praetorian guard on the march to the Capitol on January 6th. Oh yeah, and you bragged about how you were critical in helping to set up funding for this boondoggle
• I’m looking at you John Eastman. After all, this entire seditious idea was yours in the first place. Hell, you even took the time to create a powerpoint program to explain it, even though you yourself later admitted that it was unconstitutional, and would be voted down by the SCOTUS 9-0. Whether you signed off on the insurrection or not is irrelevant. It was still a criminal plot to obstruct an official government function. Dude, you busted your buttons when you thought this lame shit up, how proud of it are you now?
• I’m looking at you dimwit Peter Navarro, for your blind devotion to your stupid Green Bay Sweep. Especially when its creator admitted it was illegal and unconstitutional. Which makes your twisted attempt to implement it Obstruction of an official government proceeding, again regardless of your support or lack thereof for the Capitol riot
• I’m looking at you Turncoat Mark Meadows. The J6 committee did a masterful job of pinning your traitorous ass to the wall like a butterfly specimen. You were in and out of the Oval Office constantly, and testimony showed that almost everybody who wanted to get through to His Lowness had to go through you. Cassidy Hutchinson testified that you wanted to attend a late night meeting at the Willard Hotel. Until she and Cipollone talked you out of it. And earlier today the South Carolina Supreme Court ruled 9-0 for you to get your treacherous ass to Atlanta and go to confession with Fulton County DA Fani Willis. Do I hear the echoes of 5th Amendment Rights tinkling in the air?
• And yes, I’m looking at you, El Pendejo Presidente. After all, this was your BBQ pal, from start to finish. You went off the deep end on every brain dead scheme you could find to keep you in office. You were the one who called the faithful to DC to get their riot on. According to Cassidy Hutchinson it was you who was advised by the Secret Service that there were maniacs running around out there beyond the security cordon wearing body armor and touting long guns. Yet it was you who did everything in your power to bring them into the greater fold. And it was you who was so desperate to go to the Capitol that you physically assaulted your own security detail. Your fingerprints are all over this, and you’ve already convicted yourself out of your own mouth

Now let me make one thing perfectly clear right here. I am neither predicting, nor even suggesting that any of these people will be either charged with, or convicted of Seditious Conspiracy. Hell, it took the DOJ more than a century to put that first marker in the win column. But there were plenty of other guilty verdicts that were handed down today, and 2 of them look most likely to me.

The first one is Obstruction of an official government function. Because whether the violence was intentional or not, a feature or a bug, every hair brained scheme these mental troglodytes embarked on was for one simple purpose. To delay or derail the official government function of certifying the electoral vote count, throwing the nation into a constitutional crisis. That one is as clear as Waterford crystal. Because without that desired result, there was No sane reason for all the rest of this shit!

The 2nd one is almost as simple, the crime of Aiding and Abetting. Regardless of whether overt violence was the primary point of calling the mob together, once the plan was in motion, almost everything this cavalcade of klutzes did was in order to further their own goals. Roger Stone publicly bragged of setting up financing to bring them all together, and was seen with senior leaders of both groups. Michael Flynn flittered back and forth between the Oval Office and senior leadership of the Oath Kreepers. Numbnuts Peter Navarro took to the airwaves to give the clearly unconstitutional and illegal scheme the media illusion of legality and political acceptance. And Traitor Tot did his part and whipped the mob into a ravenous frenay. If that isn’t Aiding and Abetting, I don’t know what is.

And I’ll close with a golden nugget. When Merrick Garland appointed Jack Smith as Special Counsel, traditionalists went batshit, claiming that Garland was sloughing off his responsibilities. Not True. Whatever Smith decides, Garland will have the final sign off on prosecutions. But as I’ve written, Garland has a whole 7 course meal on his plate as AG. But Jack Smith has only 2 cases to work on, J6, and the Trump documents case. And Smith has already proven that he is far more aggressive than Garland ever dreamed of being. If you want to see any, or possibly even all of Trump’s cabal spend a day in the docket, then step back, and let the boy work.
