If you wanted to create a caricature for a comedic role in a play/movie about politics, you couldn’t possibly come up with George Santos. In some ways, it is amazing that George Santos is an actual human being (No, we’re not accepting that the name is his real name, nor whether he has a real name. His birth certificate may have an “N/A” by his name.)
Santos insisted he was never a drag queen but – guess what – he was a drag queen. That’s interesting because I’ve gone my entire life without being a drag queen and not claiming that I was or was not. Nothing wrong with being trans, or even trans drag for adults, there is something wrong when kids are involved. I’m not sure how that crossover ever happened but it shouldn’t. We do know there was crossover between Santos – under age (17) at that.
Back to Santos. Yes, he was a drag queen. And pretty soon he’s going to claim that he was engaged to Miley Cyrus because he was also featured in Hannah Montana and you know that was hot when she was… under age 18. Hmmm. Good thing it would be a lie.
Embattled Rep. George Santos has claimed that reports and videos documenting him performing in drag are both “outrageous” and “categorically false.” But nearly a dozen years ago, Santos himself appears to have confirmed that he participated in drag shows while he was a teenager living in Brazil.
A Wikipedia page accessed by POLITICO shows a user named Anthony Devolder — a Santos alias — writing that he “startted [sp] his ‘stage’ life at age 17 as an gay night club [sp] DRAG QUEEN and with that won sevral [sp] GAY ‘BEAUTY PAGENTS [sp].’”
The Wiki bio for Anthony Devolder, which is full of spelling and grammatical errors, appears to contain fantastical descriptions of his supposed career in show business. It claims that he had a part in Disney’s “Hannah Montana,” among other examples
The story is becoming increasingly believable because one thing we know he wasn’t doing as a 17 year old; he wasn’t going to school. The net is reacting fairly predictably, falling off its ass and pounding the floor and their heads about how this guy got elected to Congress but they (nor me) did not.

The fact the law has allowed this man to attain power once again displays the FACT the law has no intrinsic moral compass, although they drag the Bible and ‘God’ into every evil deed. I have never heard of drag queen story hours. I only heard about strip shows. If you know of story hours please send along. I would love to rebut a lot of what I read. I am 100% trans rights and have a 15 y/o daughter who is more staunch than me – I raised her right. But I thought adult entertainment was adult entertainment, kids were kids, and I never heard about story hour. I would like to.

I never saw that show. But even a never up to speed on what’s “hot” in celebrity goings on guy like me knew it was popular with a segment of the population. And like Kardashians I see more crap about Ms. Cyrus than I care to. And Santo trying to glom on to some old, old TV show’s popularity is pretty hilarious. What’s next? Him borrowing Trump’s alter ego David Denison and leaking a story to tabloids about Cyrus saying Santo was “the best sex ever?”
There is absolutely nothing wrong with teens doing drag. My nephew did drag from 16 on in school.talent shows There is, however, something wrong with doing drag in a bar If you are under 21 and unaccompanied by an adult.
It would be terrific if Santos turned out
to be an illegal, though. Maybe even a Dreamer. The sheer irony would likely give Kreepy Kevin a heart attack,and we would see a circular firing squad as the GOP scrambles to elect anew Speaker. It is even possible for the handful of moderates to.pass the debt ceiling bills,and a couple of others, while the infighting continues.
