Well.

Elon might be figuring out that life is a bit more complicated than tossing out pompous cliche. Maybe he’s learning that speaking in black and white in a world that is fifty million shades of gray will quickly run one into a brick wall of hypocrisy, double-speak, someone without any ethos that guides his decisions, nothing but transactions that benefit him, like Trump.

Musk wanted a site that was 100% open to “free speech” except for clear racism/hate speech. Despite the threats Stone has made, he let people like Roger Stone back on Twitter. All of us have noticed that our Twitter feed suddenly has a lot of MAGAs popping up randomly. And now, we hear that the “free speech” thing stops when you are doing something Elon doesn’t like, such as tracking his plane. Surprise! MAGA Musk was full of sh*t all along:

According to Axios:

Twitter has clipped the wings of the account that actively tracked Elon Musk’s private jet, the owner of the account said Wednesday. The suspension raises questions about Musk’s commitment to free speech on Twitter.

Musk said in early November that his “commitment to free speech” included the account following his plane. Florida college student Jack Sweeney, the owner of the @elonjet account, tweeted Wednesday that “it appears @ElonJet is suspended.”

The account, which has more than 500,000 followers, actively tracks Musk’s location through public flight-tracking data.

So he’s not only a hypocrite but a liar. Of course, we’ve come to expect the lies now that Elon has gone full MAGA (“My pronouns are ‘Arrest/Fauci'” – he actually tweeted that). It is hard to think of anyone who has fallen farther, faster, than Elon Musk. He wasn’t political. He used to be bigger than politics, more concerned with humanity and new ideas than the political and “old ideas” (like social media.) No matter what one thought of Musk personally, he was “big,” the guy obsessed with going to Mars and transforming it.

Now? He’s small. Petty. A liar. Hypocrite. And seems more obsessed with his future, hour by hour, as a “star” than someone who is going to change the world.

  1. “He’s small. Petty. A liar. Hypocrite.” Exactly. And despite losing his spot as the world’s richest person he’s still filthy stinking rich. If he had a lick of sense he’d “fire sale” his new toy twitter, and then STFU and stick to managing Space X and trying to keep Tesla (which is taking a real beating now) from collapsing. But his ego smacks of full Narcistic Personality Disorder so that’s highly unlikely to happen. He can after all lose huge – and still have more than most people could ever reasonably/realistically hope to have. But one thing is clear and I say this as someone who’s most definitely not male model material – the poofier/pudgier he gets, the thinner his skin seems to be. He’s always been something of a “dishes it out but can’t take it” type of asshole but owning such a huge information platform as exposed him as being such in a way that will only make things worse for him.

I’ll bet in Vega they are laying odds on whether eventually he’d become another Howard Huges type recluse, increasingly isolated and eventually becoming so paranoid he loses control of all he’s built and only has a bunch of money. And no one he feels is worthy of him bequeathing it to.

    • Now that your major auto companies are building not only e-cars but more reliable ones than elmo’s company is, I’m going to make book on tesla becoming the next Pinto (and it’s self-driving cars kill people too!).

    • So when is space karen leaving? Can’t be soon enough and I hope he takes all of the “rich people”. It isn’t as if they do any good on this planet.

  2. awww. poor widdle elmo. space karen bitches a shit fit once again. I’m kind of curious: how in the fuck did tesla get the high stock prices it did? I’m wondering if the SEC ought to be looking into that because a crybaby little bitch like space karen is unlikely to get something like that to happen in an honest manner.

    • Sheer public trading hype machine manipulation – totally legal. At one point Tesla, which was making 100,000 cars a year, had a higher stock valuation than Ford or GM, making millions. It’ll be fun to see where it ends up now that there’s real competition for its (admittedly good) products, which would have happened anyways but is being supercharged by the Twitter mess exposing elmo’s feet of clay. You either grow to earn you valuation, or crater.
