OK GOP House and Senate Trumplets, playtime is over. It’s time to stand tall before the man, even if it’s your worst nightmare.

Today is the 30 day anniversary of the FBI raid on Trump’s Country Flubs. And in that time period, Traitor Tot has spun out an endless number of lame ass excuses that allow him to deflect his personal responsibility for the crime, and put the onus on the DOJ and FBI instead. And Garland has done a masterful job of using his court filings to destroy Trump’s bullshit.

But the rest of the mainstream media? Not so much. Everybody licks their chops at confronting GOP incumbents, especially GOP Senators, over Trump’s missteps. It should be a fertile field to hoe. But the mainstream media keeps letting GOP lawmakers off of the hook.

For instance, the Senate gaveled back into session today. And reporters snagged GOP Senator John Kennedy, and hit him with the new revelations about foreign nuclear secrets being stored at Mar-A-Lago, and Kennedy’s response was, Of course I’m concerned, but I simply don’t know the facts. Other reporters pigeonholed GOP Senator Josh Hawley, who responded to questions with, What I”m concerned about is the overreach of the FBI in searching the personal residence of a former President.

No, No, No! The media is allowing the Trump apologists to slither off of the hook by falling back on the Trump defensive talking points and nonsense. There is only one question that media reporters should be asking GOP incumbents right now, the one question they can’t answer.

Why? That’s the McGuffin right there. Why did Donald Trump decide to take more than 10,000 pages of official presidential documents, more than 800 pages of them bearing official markings ranging anywhere from Classified to Top Secret, Secure Compartmentalized Information back to his McMansion in Florida? No President in American history has ever absconded with more than 10,000 pages of documents just because they were packrats.

That’s the only question anybody needs to ask. And God knows that it’s a question that even The Trumpster Fire hasn’t been able to answer. His lone response to that question was that he wanted the documents for his Presidential Library. Are you fucking kidding me?! Trump has never seen the inside of a library in his life! Hell, he had his own sister do his homework when he was at the Wharton School of Business.

Just keep hammering away at the simple question of why, why, why? Because that’s the one question that the GOP can’t answer. Hell, Trump wouldn’t even read his PDB’s if they didn’t have Thomas the Tank Engine graphics enclosed. There is no way that Trump was reading those documents for his own self enrichment. He had an ulterior motive. Make the entire GOP defend the indefensible.

  1. I would imagine none of the documents were pornographic in nature, so why would Trump-O the Assclown want them for his adult bookstore “library” with the private booths in the back that Rudy the Worm scouted out for him next to Four Seasons Landscaping???

    *smirk*

As I’ve said since the day this scandal broke…….WHY he had the documents is the ONLY relevant issue here…..everything else is simply more bullshit.

  2. Any GQP bringing up the excuse of any type of “right to privacy” of their own in any situation needs to be pinned against the wall for that hypocrisy.
