President Joe Biden has simply had it with the lies about disaster relief and Donald Trump’s Politicization of the effort. Officials and first responders are rushing to save the people and property hurt by the two-punch leveled by hurricanes Helene and Milton. The death toll from these hurricanes is in the hundreds with more to certainly be found from the remnants of Milton. It is a terribly sad situation that shouts for people to come together. Biden is sick of it and lashed out some in the press room at the White House. Dark Brandon made a surprising return.
He did so without politicizing the message. He wants Donald Trump and others in MAGA world to stop lying about what is being done as quickly as possible. It is a rescue in which time is of the essence, requiring people to unite.
It is not just Joe Biden who has little toleration for the use of the disaster work that lays ahead. Republican governors have had to step up and correct Trump’s lies. Few have done it with more force than Brian Kemp of Georgia. Biden called Kemp and Kemp missed the initial call but immediately called Biden back and told him that the state had a good relationship with FEMA and they were doing okay. Biden asked Kemp to call him anytime and do so directly (Not through the White House switchboard, apparently).
There are other Trump lies that cannot survive a fact-check. So, President Biden has had enough and took it to Trump during a press availability on Thursday: (Video below)
President Joe Biden on Thursday publicly admonished Donald Trump, telling his predecessor to “get a life, man” and try to help people impacted by a pair of devastating hurricanes rather than spreading misinformation about the federal response.
Get a life. That is about as strong a rebuff as one is going to get from any president not named Donald Trump – who routinely went way overboard and beyond good taste. But Biden did not stop there. As he walked out, it appears that he turned to Fox News’s Peter Doocy (Though I cannot absolutely confirm it was Doocy) and sent another arrow to the front row saying “You better hold the press accountable because you know the truth!”

Of course Biden is furious. The federal government’s response may not be perfect, little the federal government does is, but it certainly isn’t being done terribly, nor is the money being held back except by the Republican Congress. If there is any blame it sits with the lack of funding that may not be immediately available!
Yes, he is very frustrated. If Donald Trump would shut up and get a life, man – Dark Brandon might be able to more easily get back to work.

This is no time for trump. He should be lead away in a straight jacket and put into a padded cell. The man has crossed the line-from merely stupid and irritating to delusional and therefore, since his followers eat everything he shits with a spoon, dangerous. Any other person pulling this shit would be locked up on criminal endangerment charges.
When V.P. Harris becomes President Harris this January, the courts in D.C., NY, and all the other places he’s been charged with various crimes INCLUDING FL (you’re not getting away with shit cannon) need to get his ass in court, get him convicted, and punish his ass as a lesson to every other idiot in this nation.
And while we’re at it, let’s codify presidential immunity, what it is and what it isn’t, before we have to go through this b.s. again.
