Canadian Lawmaker Scorches tRump’s Holiday Rage Rot Against His Country. Charlie Angus needs to come down here and be the President of the US, oh, my, he does. This guy is GREAT!!!!! “Dear Donald, Thanks for including us in your deranged Christmas message,” wrote Charlie Angus, a member of the left-leaning New Democratic Party who serves in the Canadian Parliament, in a post on Bluesky. “Being Canadian means free health care and limiting access to assault weapons,” he wrote. “In your 51st state our kids would get shot at in school and CEOs would be shot for denying health care. So no. Now piss off. Your northern neighbour.”
Angus, who previously knocked Trump’s attacks on the floor of the Canadian House of Commons, told Ben Meiselas of the MeidasTouch Network that the last thing he thought he’d be doing on Christmas Day was responding to the “rage rot” in Trump’s brain.
“Nobody’s that mean and that vicious and stupid on Christmas Day,” said Angus, who thought people were “pulling [his] chain” when he heard of Trump’s holiday meltdown at a party. “But whoa, I was wrong.”
Unfortunately, he was right. That’s what we have. So, showing the change in our country vs his is just painful, because he is absolutely right. The US is a mess and will be for another 4 years, at least right now. I don’t know about you but I am seriously hoping the Orange Foolius – like an orange Julius but stupider, ha, doesn’t find a way to become a long-term dictator because then I will be much more seriously contemplating moving, possibly even to Canada.I hate cold weather. At least I could still come back and visit for a little time. But JEEZ. WHY does it take *Canada *to tell us what it is the right thing?? Someone else is going to have a helluva mess to clean up.
Let us not forget the 3 most menacing appointees to the Mango Messiah’s cabinet – Kash Patel, Pete Hegseth, and Tulsi Gabbard. Please, I beg of you, Senate, don’t confirm these 3 people, because they are jerks, to say the least, and having them in office is going to be flat out *dangerous* for us and the country will slide downhill even faster. I don’t think there’s a way for us small fry to mitigate the damage they will bring on us. Why hasn’t anyone *really* looked into this and produced something to give to the Senate? Some of their shenanigans have already come out. I bet things they have done/will be doing are brain rot too. It’s just sad that we need to have our eyes opened by another country.
