It just keeps getting better and better. MSNBC just broke the news that a letter was released in Fulton County, Georgia. Tomorrow the chief judge will empanel two grand juries, one of which will hear Fulton County DA Fani Willis’s case for criminal election fraud charges against Donald Trump and others.

This is the moment we’ve been waiting for. It was weeks ago when DA Fani Willis sent a letter to the chief judge advising him that she was having the majority of her employees work from home in the first two weeks of August, due to the likelihood of an indictment announcement, and asking the court to hold off on scheduling any non critical trials during that period for purposes of security.

This time frame works like a glove. While for the most part Willis can simply give the grand jury certified copies of her special grand jury testimony to read through, she is going to want to have prosecutors read some of the more salient portions of the transcripts into the record verbally, and may even want to bring some witnesses back to testify live at the grand jury for gut impact.

Do yourself a favor. Don’t look for Willis’s schedule to move up much. This is her shot, and she wants to make it count. But while Traitor Tot is the shining star of this grand jury, don’t lose track of the fact that there are other miscreants like Giuliani, Meadows, Graham, Powell, and several Georgia state legislators being examined for possible voter fraud charges stemming from the fake elector scheme. Putting all that information is going to take time, as is the grand jury considering the laundry list of charges Willis is likely to put on their dinner plates.

But the important thing is that the die is now cast for Trump in Georgia. As if he didn’t have enough to worry about already, now he’s looking at a ticking time bomb ready to go off in his face anytime starting after Wednesday. And as tightly as DA Fani Willis has run her ship, we’re in the same rowboat as El Pendejo Presidente. We’ll know when we know. Don’t touch that dial.

  1. The heat is now well and truly on due to a different kind of ‘countdown’ in Georgia. Not what you ‘counted’ on was it Donald?

  2. Yes, good news about the Fulton County Grand Jury about to be empaneled. Hope to see indictments in September and a trial set for early 2024 to pursue a Judgment on criminal charges against Trump & cohorts for felony election fraud in violation of Georgia Statutes Title 21 – Elections; Chapter 2 – Elections and Primaries Generally; Article 15 – Miscellaneous Offenses. The prime piece of evidence being the hour-long tape recorded phone call Trumplethinskin made to Raffensperger imploring him to “find” him 11,780 votes to overturn Biden’s win in Georgia.

    This in addition to:
    (1) The NYAG civil fraud case trial that starts October 2, 2023 featuring defendants Don the Con, numerous Trump family members plus Weisselberg and Trump Org for recovery of $250,000,000 to NY State resulting from a conspiracy by the defendants who committed tax fraud and insurance fraud.

    (2) The E. Jean Carroll amended civil case trial set to begin January 15, 2024 seeking an additional $10,000,000 against Trumplethinskin for defamation and sexual battery.

May Benedict Donald continue to be on the receiving end of finding out exactly how: “The wheels of justice grind exceedingly slow. But they grind exceedingly fine.”
