We are without any question whatsoever living in a reality TV show. The Republican party has inflicted this curse on us. As we speak, Donald Trump is in a trial, his second, as a defendant against E. Jean Carroll. This time the charge is defamation. And so what does the man do? Why, he defames her on his social media site.
He began early this morning and so far has made 30 posts. While all this is going on, an appellate court returned a verdict that Trump cannot invoke presidential immunity as a defense. Nobody believed that he could and now that belief has been confirmed. He’s also complaining that the seating arrangement doesn’t suit him and we’ll get to that in a moment.

Unlike courtrooms where the counsel tables are arranged side by side, the counsel tables in the courtroom this morning are arranged behind one another, with Trump and his attorneys seated two tables behind Carroll and her counsel.
Trump appeared to take note of that arrangement when he entered the courtroom.
He appeared to point at Carroll, then he and his team asked a man seated at the table between them to slide over — possibly to block Trump’s view of Carroll, or to provide a better view of the proceedings.
Trump is very big on seating. You may recall that Trump criticized Jill Biden’s seating when she attended the coronation of King Charles. I would frankly not be surprised if Trump demands to sit right next to the judge, next, up on the bench. Nothing this lunatic does is the least bit surprising.

Source? I had read that Pan eviscerated Trump’s side during the hearing, however, I don’t think they have issued a verdict yet. If I am wrong, please provide a mainstream media source as to the verdict, because I can’t find any. Thanks.

I believe it was the appeal for this particular case because he was in office at the time – it’s not the appeal for Presidential Immunity that was just done on document case.

The jury should render a judgement of 1 billion dollars for damages, and twice that for punitive damages. Even if it is reduced on appeal, it will still get his attention, and just maybe he’ll shut his greasy yap. I hate that guy.
