Steve Bannon never saw a word he didn’t love to twist and pervert until it was unrecognizable and today he did a real number on Paul Ryan. Ryan commented that the Republicans could successfully win the White House with “anyone not named Trump,” and Bannon found a way to spin that to where he depicts Ryan as co-conspirator in an assassination attempt. This is sophistry for the ages, right here. Take notes.

First, here is what Ryan said on CNBC.

And here is Bannon.

This is all Bannon-speak for Let’s Hate Fox News, because of course he wants to see their numbers go down and his own numbers go up. That’s a no brainer. And tying Paul Ryan to Fox News is an easy way to infer that everything coming out of Ryan’s mouth is a Fox News official policy. Not sure how far Bannon would get trying to prove that one.

Then what is truly noteworthy is how Paul Ryan is a Never Again Trumper. This is drop dead hilarious. When Trump was in office, Ryan voted all of Trump’s policies in, straight across the board. Go find a policy of Trump’s that Ryan didn’t spearhead.

Ryan was enthralled with the first two years of Trump’s term. He made the proverbial pig in mind seem morose by comparison. Ryan was one happy, smiling guy. He used to beam at Trump. No matter how asinine and crude Trump was on any given day, Ryan gazed upon him with the look of love. When asked to explain Trump’s primitive ways, Ryan assured us all that we needed to “give him a chance” and that he would “become presidential” just any nano second now. Poof! Like magic, it would just occur.

Well, it never did. Then Paul saw the handwriting on the wall and began to pull away and this is where he is now. To my way of thinking, the fact that he chose to leave Congress rather than staying in a leadership role and fighting to save his party says all you need to know. He’s out of Congress and as an emeritus grise, or whatever he imagines himself to be, he’s telling the party to abandon Trump.

And I do sincerely wish him well with that. I just don’t see it happening. But then what Paul Ryan thought was taking place and what I thought was real were always two wildly different things. So this certainly isn’t anything new.

And now Bannon has it in for Ryan, casting him as presidential assassin material, no less.

How strange can it get? Stay tuned, we will find out.

  1. I rather doubt I’m the only person who thinks it’s likely Bannon has joked about assassinating Biden and when someone appeared to at least to a degree take it seriously quietly exploring whether that person(s) might be willing to do so. If the Secret Service should be investigating people for intending (or trying to influence someone else to do s) assassinating a President Bannon should be if not at the top than in the top few of the list.

  2. If someone let all of the cancerous puss out of Bannon, all that would be left would be a pile of greasy crap that served to contain it!

  3. Ryan got what he wanted out of Trump (tax cuts, deregulation, and conservative judge appointments).
This is just normal republican s**t. He’d rather a non-crazy guy do it.

  4. Bannon and others in the GOP-Nazi party who are right-wing extremist “accelerationists” are employing a Nazi propaganda technique Adolf Hitler coined in Mein Kampf known as große Lüge, that was used extensively by Joseph Goebbels. It translates from German to “Big Lie”. This describes the use of a lie so colossal that no one would believe that someone “could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously.” The audience of course are the brainwashed MAGAts who believe every lie uttered or written from Bannon’s lips or keyboard. They dutifully propagate these lies en mass across social media and wherever they go. Of course Bannon can & will rot in his own worst version hell and so will Raul D. Ryan. Both of these spineless parasites on humanity have personally caused immense suffering & death in the United States from their actions & words. Paul Ryan especially for pushing through in November 2017, a vote on the bill he championed that cut taxes by 10 trillion US dollars over 10 years for the ultra-rich and large corporations while raising taxes on everyone else. Essentially, the greatest socialist wealth transfer to the rich from everyone else in the history of the US. This occurred in a lame duck session when he slammed it through after he was voted out as House Speaker and before the Democratic majority House could be sworn in 9 weeks later. The Dems who would have voted in down before it could have reached GOP-Nazi Trump who of course have signed it. Hope to see this backstabbing and fracturing of the GOP-Nazi party continue as each one attempts to move further right of the other, each one claiming they are more pure-blooded Nazi compared to the other.

  5. Bannon would have a more believable lie if he used it against someone other than Ryan. Ryan is a ball-less p.o.s.

If bannon said this b.s. about just about anyone else in the ‘pube party I’d say “hmmm, maybe he heard something”. Ryan though? Are you fucking kidding me?

  6. When it comes to the sh*t weasel cheesehead…maybe he finally hit on a good idea. You know…even a broken clock and all that.
