The footage that came out at the last meeting of the January 6 Committee conclusively proved one thing: Democratic leadership was calm, cool and collected while Donald Trump was either inciting a riot, or having altercations with his Secret Service agents. Or with Mike Pence’s, perhaps, as well? We may never know.
Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer remained calm and got the job done. Even Mike Pence was on the phone with Pelosi and he was conspicuously not on the phone with Trump.
Moreover, Pelosi was more concerned about Pence’s safety than Trump was. More on that topsy turvy day in government.

Why is the DNC so focused on winning the midterms ? You know the RNC is going deny they lost and demand an inquiry into voter fraud dragging this into next year before anyone can even think about occupying a seat in the House or the Senate .
