I’m sorry, but this is just too fucking delicious for words. It turns out that GOP firebrand, and all in Trombie Josh Hawley, has just written a new book. And he seems to be having a little trouble getting it published.
You all know Josh Hawley, right? Mister Fist Bump To The Trump Insurrectionists From The Steps Of The Capitol On January 6th. He just published a brand new screed of nonsense rather aptly titled The Tyranny Of Big Tech. Catchy title from a United States traitor.
He seems to have run into a small problem. Hawley had a publisher all lined up, the reputable publisher Simon and Schuster. They were supposed to handle the hard copy release of Hawley’s book. But Simon and Schuster seems to have had a last minute change of heart, and pulled out of the deal.
Which leaves poor Josh Hawley with an unpublished manuscript! What is any self respecting GOP demagogue supposed to do? Fortunately, Hawley didn’t leave all of his eggs in one basket.
Hawley also set up his manuscript to be sold as an e-book on Amazon.com Which, following the unceremonious dumping of Hawley’s piece of shit by Simon and Schuster, becomes his only avenue of turning a buck!
Are you seeing the almost exquisite symmetry of the con job here? Hawley writes an inflammatory screed, which he titles The Tyranny Of Big Tech! And when his hard copy publisher, Simon and Schuster, bail bai on the project, he is reduced to Facebook and Twitter, in order to pimp his book called The Tyranny Of Big Tech.  And Hawley is reduced to going on to the biggest Big Tech companies that he is railing against in order to sell his pathetic book on the biggest tech company of all. How can you get more pathetic than that? What a LOSER!

Hawley does seem pretty stupid, trump always knows how to scam a buck.
In all seriousness, we should be quite wary of Hawley…he’s conniving and manipulative. He could be a far more dangerous fascist than people like Greene or Gaetz. He knows what he’s doing.
They said the same thing about Paul Ryan. He had to retreat to the Fox News board after losing control of his troops. Hawley will do the same.

What? Regnery Publishing wasn’t interested?
Wait. I just investigated. The Wiki page on Regnery has this charming little tidbit:
“After Senator Josh Hawley lost a publishing contract with Simon & Schuster in the aftermath of the 2021 storming of the U.S. Capitol for his role in objecting to the certification of the Electoral College results in the 2020 presidential election, Regnery Publishing said it would publish Hawley’s book.”
(FWIW, Regnery has an agreement with Simon & Schuster although S&S only handles foreign distribution of the Regnery titles so Hawley *might* still get S&S to handle his book. Although it’s hard to imagine anyone outside the US bothering with a bunch of nonsense from an American right-wing nutjob whose only been in the US Senate for a scant 2 years.)
Oh how delicious! Hawley has to resort to the biggest big tech company of all, Amazon, to publish his book, entitled, “The Tyranny of Big Tech.” I love it! Simply love it!
