Only seeing is believing. The stable genius, the one who “aces” cognitive exams (which he assures us are tests of high intelligence) can’t get a Tic Tac from the container into his maw. Too much coordination is involved, we guess.

We assume it’s a Tic Tac, maybe it’s some pill designed to wake him up and keep him awake. That would be a good idea. The Daily Beast is running a story that Trump went on one of his late night binging sprees last night and this morning — no wonder he’s falling asleep during Lindsey Graham’s funeral.
