This was predicted, that Donald Trump would rave about passing yet another MOCA dementia screening, his fourth to date. Trump has never seemed clear on what these cognitive tests measure and so he’s tacked on his opinion, which is that the MOCA tests for “extreme intelligence.” You can’t make this shit up.
The results of my Physical Examination, taken at Walter Reed Military Medical Center, and just released, were extremely good. Unlike other U.S. Presidents, none of whom have ever taken an approved, high difficulty, Cognitive Test, I scored a perfect 30 out of 30, considered “extreme intelligence.” Are the Dumocrats really surprised? In fact, this is my fourth such test, all PERFECT or, 120 correct answers out of 120 questions asked! It is very rare that anyone gets a Perfect Score, especially when achieved four times in a row. All people running for President and Vice President should be forced to take high difficulty Cognitive Tests. Congress, and the Dumocrats, should demand it!
“High difficulty,” huh? Like picking out the giraffe instead of the tortoise? Or memorizing person, woman, man, camera, TV? This is highly difficult for whom, a toddler?
Dr. Jonathan Reiner knocked down Trump’s intelligence claims in a post on X:
I’m glad the president did well on the MOCA exam, but it’s a dementia screening tool, not an IQ test, so a score of 26 or higher represents normal cognitive performance, not extreme intelligence. None of the questions are high difficulty.

Actually, to be precise, Trump is not taking cognitive tests. These are dementia screening tests to see how far he has progressed. And yes, I’m a Physician.
No matter what they’re screening him for, he’s going to spin it as proof of his superior intellect. So in this week alone we’ve had Trump boast about his extreme intelligence and claim that he is more popular than Elvis Presley in his prime. Grandiose, much?
He may be answering all questions correctly, but is it taking him longer to answer? He may not be aware of that aspect, but I’m sure the docs are watching that too.
