It’s breathtaking how stupid the Trump administration thinks the American public is. Listen to this clip of Blanche insisting that you can’t eat in a restaurant without showing ID. Nobody cares about ID, they only care about money and if you’ve got cash or your credit card goes through without incident, then nobody will know or care what your name is or if you have the means to prove it. It’s just more gaslighting.
It's clear Todd Blanche is taking his cues from the guy who thinks you need ID to buy groceries, which he also believes is a new word.

Can you believe this? And how far does the ridiculousness go? If you’re in the drive-thru at Taco Bell are they going to ask for your driver’s license? What if you send your fifteen year old kid into Taco Bell to buy lunch, they won’t sell it to her because she doesn’t have ID? Seriously? Now high school kids can’t go out for burgers after school? In what world?
Yet it continues. This is what we’re supposed to believe, that grocery chains and restaurants won’t sell food or serve food to people without ID. What a country. You’re asked to believe you need a passport to buy a taco.
