Donald Trump wants life to return to the 1950’s but he might want to think about that a bit more, first. In the 50’s people knew what a dictator was and what a game show host was. There was no chance of electing the latter to be president and imitate the former in that office. We cannot say the same for the electorate of 2016 or 2024. Meanwhile, Trump, never known for his acumen with foreign policy, gets mercilessly trolled by Iran.

I like Vladimir splashing him at the end. And nobody will help with Hormuz, huh? Gee, Donald, maybe you should have strategized that one out first before you went over there, guns a blazin.’ And maybe you should have realized that soaring gas prices ($.70 since last month) would alienate a lot of people and that calling those people “idiots” on top of it would not help you achieve your goal.
Meanwhile, Trump continues to flip flop around: are we in the war or not? Is it even a war or an “excursion?” Did Trump mean to say “incursion” and it’s another screw up like with the word “asylum” which can mean safety and refuge for people or it can mean a place where lunatics are housed? Don’t confuse Donald now. He knows 200 words and it’s enough to try to manage those at any give time.
If this is how Iran is situated now, I can’t wait to see what they come up with in the next days and weeks. They’re beating the game show host at his own profession, good for them.
