Greetings! This piece will be two articles combined from yesterday, so that it may run longer. They’re both regarding the law enforcement activity in finding the shooter. At this point, the shooter has not yet been caught, but we can be certain s/he will be. After the stabbings in the Idaho Murders up north, they didn’t give up until they found the murderer. We can expect the town and University law enforcement to be just as dogged, implacable, and to persevere until the shooter is found.
We start our adventure with something that is from Trump, but of course. The man is an orange-faced bully and needs to be slapped. (Think of all his insanity over the Rob Reiner and wife murder. It’s like trying to get through a sewer tunnel with liquid and crap up to your chest as you try to keep moving.) His mind is gone. From Raw Story:
President Donald Trump on Monday blamed Brown University over his own FBI for failing to catch the suspect in a mass shooting at the school. “It’s always difficult. So far, we’ve done a very good job of doing it, with Charlie [Kirk], with the various times this has happened. They’ve done it pretty much in record time. You’d really have to ask the school about that,” Trump said, suggesting that the university had somehow mismanaged the initial investigation.
What. A. Bunch. Of. Hooey. How long did it take to get some of the Capitol rioters? It’s been just a few days, and we don’t have anyone with the power to grant wishes. How can you expect to instantly find a killer? It’s rare that the killer gets dropped in LE laps. We were lucky in the Parkland Murders, but most of the time, it’s dogged work covering everything possible to find someone. Apparently, Trump thinks Brown Uni police should have found the shooter instantly. We don’t have anyone with the power to grant wishes, you ass! Remember the FBI. That’s going to be in play here for the second article.
“This was a school problem,” Trump added, noting they had their “own guards, their own police, their own everything.” “You’d have to ask that question to the school, not to the FBI,” he said. Trump on Saturday was forced to issue a correction for his own public statement after the president falsely reported information about an active shooter.
Mmmmyeeeaaaaaa. So he’s blaming Brown U for not finding the shooter, but *Trump* was posting false information. FYI, some students knew they were still on lockdown, and they were posting on Xitter like crazy about DO NOT BELIEVE HIM. Good gods, there could have been more people shot if the shooter had still been in the area! It’s things like this when I want to be on Xitter, but then sanity returns. As a side note, the Providence mayor is warning folks that Trump has been lying about the shooter and to not believe him. We shall move along to the second article now. From CNN News Center, via, again, you know I love them, Raw Story:
CNN’s Juliette Kayyem offered a harsh analysis of the investigation so far into the fatal shooting at Brown University, and she highlighted a significant break between local law enforcement and the FBI. FBI Director Kash Patel trumped the detention of a person of interest in the case on Sunday morning, only to see him let go by police after finding no evidence to continue holding him. Kayyem told “CNN News Central” the case was already a mess.
“I think it’s kind to call it a manhunt right now,” Kayyem said, “in the sense that manhunt generally means you know who you’re looking for, if at least from what we know publicly, they really only have the back shot that we don’t even know the identity, race or visuals of the face of the person they’re looking for. So, as [anchor] John [Berman] was saying, you sort of have to do a regroup.”
There are multiple news articles here and there that have additional information, but if I tried to use them, this would be a novel instead of a column. So, there is nothing wrong with a regroup. We can assume that the Brown Uni may not have had a plan immediately after the shooting, but they sure do now, probably set later in the hellish day. Remember, I mentioned look for the FBI? There you have it. Continuing:
“That regroup is happening in two ways,” she continued. “One is take a step back and figure out whether where they’re looking is the right place to look. He had to have slept somewhere; he had to get gas if he went on I-95. The second is the regroup of what we call the sort of incident command, and you saw that last night.”
“I had never seen a local jurisdiction essentially throw the FBI under the bus, not just saying we’re in charge, but saying, look, that lead that led us to the person of interest, who ended up not being the person of interest, essentially was run by the FBI,” Kayyem added. “They said so explicitly.”
WHAM. There we go. Brown Uni police are telling the FBI to get stuffed and throwing them under the bus. What a glorious thing to see! The FBI has a farce leader, and a farce assistant, and there are very few good FBI people left, because so many were either fired or chose to retire. We lost a ton of talent and experience. That bus rolled over Kash Patel, Dan Bogino, and whoever was working on the investigation, thinking they’re better than everyone else’s LE. It’s the FBI version of ICE with no Barbie. And now, you see why the best was saved for last. I hope you enjoyed this, and you know we at Politizoom be keeping our ears to the ground for updates.
Friends, I know everyone begs you for money, especially during the holidays. I promise, among all those asking for spare change, we are the smallest and the hardest working. We’re a group of old, disabled people, except for one writer in his mid-50s. The rest of us are in our sixties and seventies, and this is a labor of love. All we’re asking for is the chance to keep telling the truth about Trump and help ensure democracy survives. If you can help, please do. Thank you. Ursula

Once again Susan your ignorance knows no bounds. For all your blathering, pearl clutching and stretching to blame president Trump and or the FBI, you’ve completely glossed over the REAL problem in America today. That is of course left wing violence. Radical lefties who cannot make an intelligent argument or back up any or their shitty beliefs or policies think it’s ok to just kill the people they disagree with.
Godspeed to LE and the FBI to catch this murdering trash and bring him to justice.
Skidmark is back, that underwear needs washing again.
There is no left wing violence, but lots of right wing violence, led by the most violent, lethal president ever elected. Violence led right up to pardons for all criminals involved.
Cmon Connie, get with it!
No left wing violence?? The rest of your post and opinion is now moot.
