Michael Flynn is livid about the results of the Comey misfire. Flynn thinks that Comey is a criminal of some kind and deserves to be in prison. Flynn is about as well off mentally as Nancy Mace. As a matter of fact, I’m not sure why those two haven’t hooked up together. Think of it now, a true match made in Hell. But Flynn isn’t content to just live with the results of the Comey trial going down the drain, no, he’s got an idea about replacing Pam Bondi and getting somebody he believes in in that post. And you’ll just love who he named.

That’s from the right-wing peanut gallery. The amusing part is that Bondi is being blamed for all the gross incompetence in the Department of Justice — not that that’s an ill-placed accusation because it is not. Bondi is indeed the poster child for the incompetence of this iteration of the DOJ.
But to suggest that Sidney Powell would be an improvement is the real howler.
It just gets better and better 😂😂

You have to admit that there is a perverse logic here. We have a convicted felon in the White House. Why not have an admitted law-breaker as the nation’s top cop? There is a kind of poetic symmetry to it.
…and stairwells 😳☠️

If Bondi was in Russia, that would indeed be an edict for her to follow. What is fascinating here is that Bondi is now gleaning bipartisan contempt. The left knows what an utter hack she is and how marginally qualified Bondi is beyond Trump’s original clown car candidate, Matt Gaetz. But now the right is becoming incensed with her for not pulling legal rabbits out of hats and making the enemies of the right-wing magically end up behind bars.
James Comey outsmarted Pam Bondi on this occasion, not that that was a high bar to reach. So far Trump’s revenge tour has fallen totally on its face. That isn’t likely to change. All that will change is that Trump will become bored, as he always does, and give up persecuting his enemies, real or perceived.
You may remember how Trump *sued* Ann Selzer and a local Des Moines newspaper for the *crime* (or tort, whatever his theory was) of publishing a poll which had Kamala Harris three points ahead in Iowa. (Harris lost the state by 13 points.) That caused quite the stir the week before the election, I remember it well.
I also remember how Trump quietly folded his tents and gave up and dismissed the case. He didn’t even attempt one of his extortionary out of court settlements like he did with CBS and NBC.
What Trump did instead was move his case to Iowa state court, where it remains pending. But do not expect it to have a happy resolution — for Trump that is. Judge Google tells us that, “A separate, but similar, class-action lawsuit filed by a newspaper subscriber over the same poll was dismissed by a federal judge in November 2025, a ruling that legal experts believe does not bode well for Trump’s ongoing state court case.”
Trump’s lawsuits collapse like they do because they’re done in bad faith and on the flimsiest of legal bases. They’re done to harass and extort. So Michael Flynn can summon Roy Cohn from the grave, and right now that’s about the only way things could get crazier than they are, to replace Pam Bondi but it’s not going to improve Trump’s legal track record any.

Well, I’m hoping Mike Flynn is getting HIS legal team in order for when the Democrats retake the White House and Congress and he learns that HIS own words will lead to HIS prosecution for the many crimes HE committed against this country.
After all, what’s good for James Comey is more than good enough for Mike “Traitor” Flynn. And since he and his ilk obviously don’t believe in the Constitution, good luck with any attempts to claim “double jeopardy” to keep him from prosecution.
One word for Flynn: TRAITOR!
