I suppose that we should be thankful for small favors. I’m sure Bill Clinton is very thankful today that an email that is part of Jeffrey Epstein’s cache of emails recently released shows the former president to be innocent of ever having been to the infamous “Island” in the Bahamas owned by Jeffrey Epstein. Clinton is old enough now that he doesn’t need any more grief for his sexual dalliances. And I’m sure Hillary is relieved as hell. I know I would be.
Dead sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein said former President Bill Clinton “never” visited his so-called “Epstein Island,” according to newly released emails on Wednesday.
The typo-filled email related to Clinton is from March 2011; it also included Epstein telling a redacted email address named “The Duke” that he “never met” and does not know former Vice President Al Gore.
“Clinton was never on the island,” Epstein said in the email, with the “L” in “Clinton” also capitalized.
Before mentioning Gore and Clinton, Epstein wrote, “you ok? these stories are complete ant [sic] utter fantasy.”
You can view that message below:
The email was among 20,000 pages of Epstein-related documents released by the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday. The trove of files was released a few hours after Democrats released emails where Epstein said President Donald Trump “spent a few hours” at his house, but was the “dog that hasn’t barked.”
Epstein’s email stands out, considering there has been much speculation in recent years about the nature of his relationship with Clinton. The disgraced financier, notably, had an oil painting of Clinton wearing a blue dress and high heels in his New York City penthouse. Clinton, in the painting, is seen pointing forward and smirking.
A Clinton spokesperson in 2019 said the ex-president traveled four times on Epstein’s plane soon after he left office in early 2001. But the spokesperson denied Clinton ever traveled to Little St. James, Epstein’s small island in the Caribbean, or his other properties.
“He’s not spoken to Epstein in well over a decade, and has never been to Little St James Island, Epstein’s ranch in New Mexico, or his residence in Florida,” spokesperson Angel Ureña said at the time.
In semi-related news, Epstein’s former defense attorney Alan Dershowitz told Piers Morgan on Wednesday he wants to release “important” files on Epstein but judges are blocking him from doing so.
Dershowitz said he talked to Epstein about Trump between 2006 and 2007, and that Epstein “never” said Trump was involved in improper conduct.
Well, what kind of mood are you in to listen to Alan Dershowitz? Dershowitz, of course, claims that Epstein told him that Donald Trump “never did anything wrong.” Are we going to believe that? Expect a world class liars contest(s) to arrive as the cache of emails is gone through piece by piece.

In support of your “… Expect a world class liars contest(s) …” there’s that bit where if, unbelievably, a lie is told often and long enough it may masquerade as a thinly disguised truth, some of the time, but not all of the time. By contrast a lie maybe part truth, disguised in a different form. A lie may reveal fragments of actual truth, projected deceptively. That is, the “… world class liars contest(s) …” may not be entirely false in that they stem from a truth.
