Readers, Trump and his sycophants have really done it this time. This is unbelievable to anyone but them. You know the “couldn’t believe my eyes” bit? Well, this trumps (no pun intended) them all. Someone has some serious stones to even think of this, let alone send the request. This is some bullsh*t! Yes, seriously! This induced rage here (gee, ya think?). From Raw Story:
Roger Stone, a longtime adviser to Donald Trump, called on Nobel Peace Prize winner Maria Corina Machado to relinquish the award to the president. Following a ceasefire deal between Israel and Gaza, Stone told Real America’s Voice host Jack Posobiec that he was “not happy that the Norwegian-based Nobel Peace Prize Committee elected to give their award to Maria Corina Machado.” “The right thing to do would be for her to ask or maybe have Marco Rubio ask her if President Trump can give her the award,” he insisted. “And then she should hand it back to the president.”
DUDE. The prizes are given for actions in the YEAR BEFORE. He *might* be shortlisted for the prize *next* year since the Israel/Gaza thing *just happened* and it’s likely not going to stick. Sheesh! It did not happen *last year*. That’s some serious arrogance on the part of Stone, and you can be certain Trump is behind it. One can hope that the Nobel committee remembers all the crap he tried by such things as calling up a member of the committee and asking for one. There was some serious cringing when *that* bit of news came out.
“He deserves this award, even though I thought those elitist globalist freaks at the Nobel Peace Prize Committee would likely not give it to him.” Stone suggested that former President Barack Obama should not have received the award. “I really think the president deserves this award,” he remarked. “And I would hope that Maria Corina Machado would consider accepting it and giving it to the president, bestowing it to the president.”
What a bunch of crap. *She* earned it for 2024. She doesn’t have to give it to Trump in any way, shape, or fashion. It belongs to HER. She needs to accept it and keep it. The man who paints his face ORANGE doesn’t! And what’s with this “elitist globalist freaks” horsehooey? That’s a really good way, to add to the others, to NOT give Trump *any* Peace Prize.
And once this gets spread out of the US into the rest of the world? There will be hell to pay. Rightfully so! Wouldn’t it be nice for the Nobel Committee to tell Trump he is *never* getting a Peace Prize now? Yes, we can dream of this one, too. The begging, “cleverly” disguised in this one, is out of hand. Today, this column is short and sweet. To close:

Does anyone remember that the man is a convicted felon with ties to a known pedophile? And who likely might also have abused girls, NOT women, too? Trump is bad news across the board! You don’t need to look any further than the US. If he stopped (but he won’t) with sending the military into blue cities to incite trouble because he wants to impose martial law? If they look at everything Trump has done, we can hope they say not just HELL NO but HELL NO EVER. Who knows? We don’t. But we can hope. Yes, we can hope.
