Kash Patel Lost His Cool Under Senate Questioning and It Was Glorious

Hoooo, boy. He didn’t handle the questions about the Kirk killing very well at all. He can’t admit that he jumped the gun, saying the killer was in custody. He can’t admit the FBI did not find the killer – he was turned in by his dad. All his slacking has come home to roost. It shows that he, like so many others in Trump’s cabinet, is totally not suited for and (in)capable of doing his job. From Raw Story:

FBI Director Kash Patel lost his cool as he was grilled by leaders Tuesday at the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing — and onlookers were delighted. The FBI head was questioned over his handling of the Charlie Kirk shooting case, he was forced to defend his agency’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case, and he clashed with several lawmakers — including Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ), who warned him that President Donald Trump “will cut you loose.”

Aw, yea. He had to answer many, many questions because Epstein was brought into the mix. He couldn’t stand up to the pressure of the hearing. So why is this man the head of the FBI, again? Oh, right, Trump. Well, it’s likely he doesn’t have to worry about his job because none of the other inept idiots have been fired, even though they should have been, multiple times.

Users on Bluesky and X reacted to the heated exchange and questioning. //// OUCH!!! @booker.senate.gov EVICERATES Kash Patel with the truth,” reacted a Bluesky user. //// “Patel desperately trying to keep his job,” writer and editor Laura Bassett wrote on the same platform. //// “We have a senate who is doing a damned good job going after Patel,” posted another. //// “Sounds like the Senator is going to put some work into Patel,” author Thomas Jason Anderson wrote on X.

I’m applauding, yes, I am. Just like the rest of Trump’s cabinet that I detest, he’s under pressure. And he’s already showing cracks by losing his cool under questioning. If he was right on everything he was saying, well, he’d be good. But he isn’t. And he doesn’t have much of a defense regarding the questions about, essentially, how he made a mess of the Kirk investigation. Having not actually watched the session, I have no idea what they were asking him about Epstein – maybe about all the files he does or does not have? I know we were told they would be released by Blondi, but there’s apparently more to it. Remember the 1,000 FBI agents going through the files for Trump?

This was preceded by Patel falsely reporting the killer was in custody,” another user shared on X. //// “WHAT THE F— BREAKING: Kash Patel says there is zero evidence Epstein trafficked young women “to other individuals.” We KNOW this is a lie. The head of the FBI is now personally covering for child predators on LIVE TV,” Call to Activism posted on X. //// “Kash Patel is combative if nothing else,” reporter Man Aman Singh Chhina wrote on X. //// “Between this and his glowing recommendation from trump (where he praised Blondi instead) I’m thinking Patel should be worried about future employment,” Anna Baxter wrote on X.

Combative? Yes, because he doesn’t have a leg to stand on. The FBI was sloppy and did not do enough to find the killer. Kash is the head of the FBI. It’s all coming back on him, and he is not coping. Personally, I’m looking forward to more news about what happened. I hope it shows him in a very bad light. He deserves it.
