How can this be? How can this continue to happen? Is this today’s world? Someone was caught at something wretched. CAUGHT at it. He wasn’t kept in custody. And now he’s gone. He was released on bond and has fled the country. How can this be? From The Guardian:
An Israeli government cybersecurity official was reportedly arrested recently by Las Vegas police and other authorities in Nevada who were conducting an undercover investigation aimed at online users seeking to sexually prey on children. Tom Artiom Alexandrovich, 38, faces felony charges of luring a child with a computer for a sex act, alongside several other suspects who were apprehended during the two-week sting operation, the Las Vegas metropolitan police department said in a statement published on Friday. He has since been released from custody on $10,000 bail after an initial court appearance, records show, and returned to Israel.
As I said, how can this be? Another pedophile won’t face anything for his crime. He tried to lure *children*. You had to know that if he was released, he would be gone. I guess being a national of another country means we couldn’t hold him, and why the hell not? Luring children is the worst. We already have some well-known pedophiles. One “committed suicide”. The second won’t ever be taken down for it. And a third has been moved to “Club Fed”.
Now we have someone from another country who was busted for attempting to lure children. Is this really that widespread? Or is it that it was always this widespread and we are just starting to find out about it? Either way, we are learning more and more, and it just gets uglier. I have no way to comprehend how someone could do this. I just don’t. I don’t want to understand. Children make me angry. Even the most hardened criminal hates pedophilia.
The screenshot first reported by Mediaite also showed a post under Alexandrovich’s name alluding to his having been in Las Vegas earlier in August for the Black Hat Briefings, a yearly meeting of cybersecurity professionals. That LinkedIn page under Alexandrovich’s name has since been deleted. Mediaite reported that Netanyahu’s office issued a statement denying that the employee in question had even been arrested.
But of course they did! Spin, spin, spin. Deny, deny, deny. Hide, hide, hide. No one is *ever* going to admit such a thing about one of their people. Nothing will ever happen to him back home except for possibly a slap and “you idiot”. I know how we feel about such things here. I don’t know how any other country feels. Of course, there is also child marriage scattered around. Here’s one last thing before we close. You might find this interesting, but not surprising.
Among the other suspects was Las Vegas Redemption church pastor Neal Harrison Creecy, 46, the local CBS affiliate reported. A church official told the station that Creecy resigned shortly after being released from jail on a $10,000 bond.
Serves him right. If it happens in the church anyhow, as we now know, this is just another name in the list. It‘s a list that continues to grow. And grow. They don’t think they could ever get caught. Well, guess what. They *will* get caught. Unfortunately, for right now, the punishment doesn’t fit the crime. And it should.
