So, the ravening hordes are unhappy with the Supreme Court and their 7-2 early morning decision to stop the forced export of supposed Tren de Agua members to El Salvador (and how well we all know what it’s like in that place, and if you don’t know, please go find out). Replacing them is going to be one of the most important issues of our time.” Oh, please, you idiot. “We live in a society where foreign alien terrorists have unlimited free legal representation,” White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Homeland Security Stephen Miller posted on X. “But Americans whose communities have been stolen from them are left without recourse.” I can’t stand this guy. He makes me nauseous. And from KKKaroline: “We are confident we will ultimately prevail against the onslaught of meritless litigation brought by radical activists who care more about the rights of these terrorist aliens than those of the American people.” Ugh, ugh, ugh.
These people are blowing this thing WAY out of proportion. The court didn’t say they wouldn’t be able to be deported. They (surprisingly) just want the correct procedures according to the law to be followed. It’s pretty simple, really. And this might prevent another case like Kilmar Abrego Garcia. He was *protected* against going back to El Salvador. It didn’t mean he was protected from being deported. But that thing is a huge mess, and also has MAGA up in arms about it.
Moving back to the Supreme Court, I was surprised to hear this decision came down before Alito and Thomas had time to write their dissents. And I was more surprised that only the 2 justices disagreed! If you think about the other conservatives on the court, they and liberals *agree* on something? Like, whoa, dude! But now MAGA is going after them because none of them has any brain cells to pay attention and actually think. “The decision has cast the country’s entire legal system as the enemy in the eyes of Trump officials and associated mouthpieces.” “The Supreme Court would rather actively participate in America’s ruination, rather than work alongside the duly elected president to help reestablish the RULE OF LAW,” Ingrassia continued. Remember him from above? This idiot doesn’t know enough to realize they *ARE* following the rule of law, and he likes his version better. Oy.
MAGA fury was not solely directed at the high court, however: The ruling comes at a time when judges across the country have pushed back on the administration’s rapid extraction policy, demanding it (they) follow proper legal process. And again, they like *their* version of the law better. Tom Fitton, president of the right-wing Judicial Watch group, suggested Trump suspend habeas corpus—the constitutional legal safeguard against unlawful detention—to “reverse the Biden invasion.” Rep. Mary Miller (R-IL) circulated a clip of Miller telling NewsMax the reason America no longer has a “functioning public school system” is because of “open borders.” “Who will compensate the American people for the lasting damage caused by mass illegal migration?!” she wrote, echoing Miller’s suggestion that “reparations” should be paid.

And WE are the ones destroying the republic, not them. I don’t know a single town that has been taken over by immigrants. The public school system has been destroyed by the republicans, who verbally slammed it since the early 80s that I know of. They have also actively tried to defund the school system.
