And we thought that was safely in the past….
How can anyone not be noticing the amount of Nazi symbolism that so many Republicans and their friends are adopting? And why are they adopting or promoting it? Let’s start with Elon’s Nazi salute that he said wasn’t a Nazi salute? How much leeway did the press give him for that? It was blatantly a Heil. There’s no prettying that up. And then, Steve Bannon does one in his CPAC speech. Again, it’s definitely a Heil. So, we have that to start.
Now, let’s look at the DOGE symbol. On the DOGE logo there are 8 stars above the cartoon, and 8 stars on the flag inside the gear. This is another National Socialist signal. It means Heil Hitler. There are 14 teeth on the gear that make up the O in DOGe. That’s a direct rip-off and reflects the 14 words from Hitler’s Nazi movement of the 1930s. “We must secure the existence of our people and a future for white children.” Additionally, when Trump tweeted out his Anders Breivik quote about saving the country and thus violating no laws, Musk retweeted it with 14 American flag emojis. These guys aren’t subtle because they don’t have to be; they know any American media that calls them out will either be attacked as paranoid or they’ll simply say it was a joke or misunderstanding.
Then we move to tRump’s attacks on the media, echoing Joe Stalin and Adolf Hitler with their “Enemy of the People” rhetoric. He is suing media agencies left and right, as we already know,. And we already know two media agencies caved in rather than fight it, However, one of them is redeeming themselves in their refusal to call the Gulf of Mexico the Gulf of America. The Traitor Tot’s little fee-fees were hurt so he kicked them out of the press room and off the plane. They aren’t backing down because they are an international news service and only Americans know it’s now supposed to be the Gulf of America.
Moving on. Nazi and white supremacists were ecstatic after Muskat’s Heil. The Ohio Proud Boys reposted the clip with “Heil Trump!”. The neo-Nazi group called the Blood Tribe posted the clip with the Waffen SS lightning bolt emoji. Their leader said he was going to enjoy the tears over it. Other NeoNazi, Nazi, and white supremacist groups across the web jumped in to celebrate the salute. It all seems to really have started with Charlottesville in 2017, where a neo-Nazi group marched while chanting Nazi slogans, murdering a young woman, and throwing Hitler salutes. The Mango Mandarin said they were very good people on both sides after a young woman was killed. What the holy hell?
As a side note, the Proud Boys leader was arrested in Washington less than a month after tRump pardoned him. I wonder how many of them are going to get re-arrested. Karma is a bitch.
What’s wrong with this picture? And why is the media too cowed to report on it for what it actually is? It’s only smaller agencies, like us, who dare to speak up. And speak up we will!
