Oh how I love seeing MAGA losing their minds and you’ll love this, too!
Seems that one of the cases brought by blue states against E-yawn Musk and DOG-e has been assigned to one of my favorite people – Judge Tanya Chutkin. You folks remember her, right? Kicked ass on a whole bunch of J6-ers? Presiding over the Insurrection case of Donald Trump? Yea. THAT Judge Chutkin. I am laughing at the irony and the beauty of this.
MAGA is losing it and the case hasn’t even gotten close to trial yet. There are calls to impeach her when nothing has HAPPENED yet. It’s just been assigned to her. I’m pretty sure there’s a lot out of public view that has to happen before the case starts. And I’m not sure it will be IN public view, although I’m sure Muskrat’s attorneys will push for it, just to have an outraged audience in there to try and distract her and interfere with the proceedings. They should know better. She is a tough judge and won’t put up with that nonsense, no sirree.
So, dare we hope a case might NOT go the way E-yawn hopes? We know it will be a fair trial because that’s just the way she is. And in the middle of a gazillion lawsuits against the Muskrat and DOG-e it’s practically just a drop in the bucket. I don’t hear MAGA screaming about any other judge. I think there is such a furor about her because she’s known to be pretty much indestructible. She won’t be bought, either. And that might make them even madder. Too bad so sad.
I think Judge Chutkan is fabulous. And I’m looking forward to this case showing up if she goes for a “public” hearing. I look forward to the smackdowns. DOG-e, you are in trouble. Too bad she only has one of many. Well, we shall see!

Oh Suzie. I’m not sure where you see conservatives “losing it” or “freaking out” over this partisan hack of a judge being assigned a case. I’ve already told you, what did your lawfare get you last time? A stronger & more efficient Trump administration. It figures though that you’d be for wasteful spending & fraud and against weeding that sort of thing out of our government. Liberals are so stupid.

This is excellent news! I’m looking forward to this case coming to trial… or, at least, at this stage, I’m hoping it will come to trial.
