This is pretty weird. Seriously. Chris and Susie better get a grip on this now and it wouldn’t be a bad idea if the legal team(s) took a listen to the admissions which Donald Trump is making publicly. This could go beyond eccentric and into the realm of actionable really fast. Trump is in Erie, Pennsylvania today and he’s making some very strange choices up there at the podium. For a candidate who is selling himself as the champion of the working man, admitting that he hates paying overtime is pretty bad. Couple that with the fact that Project 2025 would eliminate overtime and this is not a rosy picture for a second Trump administration. His campaign managers must be biting the nails of one hand, while digging Valium out of the bottle with the other.

That was not a smooth move. But he made a lot of crazy statements today, unfortunately. And they will come back to bite him. He is literally standing up in front of a crowd of people and making admissions about criminal cases which are going to go forward. His lawyers have to be wetting their pants right now.

That’s Trump going into Captain Queeg mode. Little did we know that the Caine Mutiny was prophecy, just like we didn’t know that Idiocracy was a pre echo of what our government would become. And cue the racist air raid siren, here it comes, RAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

“Out of control” translates as good Black voter turnout. And good turnout, generally, is good for Democrats. Now sit down for this one. Trump claimed that he won a case that hasn’t gone to court yet. That’s no small feat.

Aileen Cannon understands what her job is, which is to serve Trump and not interpret the law. She’s a disgrace to the bench. And she’s particularly a disgrace as a female justice, after all the work that other women have done to get as far as they have in being elevated to the bench, collectively.

He seems to be running out of gas on the McDonald’s diatribe. Maybe he’ll shut up about it, finally. What’s that you say? Is Trump ever going to talk about how he’s going to improve the lives of Americans if he wins? No, I think we’re pretty much stuck on grievance and racist air raid sirens. That seems to be the range of expression here.

He says “I don’t care” a lot today. I wonder what that’s about? Does that mean he is admitting that inwardly he knows he’s going to lose and he’s trying to soften the blow? If there is anytime for a presidential candidate to care about everything, 36 days before Election Day is it.

Now Trump advocates nuclear holocaust, just another day, another crazy comment that will not get the attention that it deserves.

You see how Kamala HQ wasted not a moment getting that clip put together. This is what I have been saying for weeks now, that the main thing Trump is achieving with these idiotic rallies is to provide ad fodder. Hit this link to see a video of Trump admitting people fall asleep during his rallies. I can’t find that clip but it is a doozy.

Again, “I don’t care?” He doesn’t care that he could go to prison? I hope Mary Trump or some other clinical psychologist chimes in on this. I really don’t get what this is that he’s saying, unless it is a tacit admission that he realizes he’s going to lose the election and he’s preparing himself for the worst.

We were a different people 20 years ago. We were a different people ten years ago. And Trump has made his mark. As I’ve said ad nauseum now, a pickle doesn’t go back to being a cucumber. America has been steeped in the toxic Trump brine for nine years now. We will never go back to a pre-Trump mentality, but I believe that we will heal over time. What is necessary to that healing is for what’s left of the Republican party to put Trump in the rear view mirror and reform another conservative party, perhaps under a new name.

The name is not important, but the content of the dogma is. 82 Republicans voted to shut down the government this week and some of them were representatives from districts devastated by Hurricane Helene. If they had been successful, FEMA’s efforts would have not been available. And FEMA’s efforts will not be available under Project 2025, either.

It’s this level of rank stupidity and self destruction that must cease in the GOP, in the name of Trump and MAGA. The first step is to vote this maniac and his running mate into oblivion. God, I hope it’s a blow out.

    • Nah. There’s nothing for them to see.

That old saw about vampires having no reflection is largely based on the notion that one’s reflection is simply an image of the soul and vampires have no soul, ergo, no reflection.

Lacking a soul is a must to be a MAGA.

  1. When Red warned Andy in Shawshank about the ‘sisters’ being interested in him, Andy mused, I don’t suppose it’d help if I told them I’m not homosexual.
Red replied: neither are they…they’d have to be human first.
