“Every family has its crazy uncle,” says Fred Trump III, son of Fred Trump, Jr., who was Donald Trump’s brother and Mary Trump’s father. Fred III has written a book, “All in the Family: The Trumps and How We Got This Way, which has made headlines for his claim that he heard his uncle twice use the n-word in an angry tirade after finding his El Dorado convertible slashed in a driveway when he was around 10,” per the Daily Beast.
The former president has denied using the slur, and the Trump campaign called the allegation “total fake news of the highest order.”
Asked by ABC News’ Aaron Katersky about his uncle’s denials, he replied: “OK. He did twice that day.”
Asked if he considered his uncle to be a racist, he replied: “He, at time[s], espouses things that people who I believe are racist espouses. That’s the best I can answer that question.”
Pressed further, he added: “I don’t believe he’s a racist. I just think that he uses people, whether they’re Black or they’re… whoever can help him he will use them. And, you know, call it racist or not, I don’t believe in that. He uses them as props. And when he gets what he needs out of them—votes—he’ll cast them aside.”
Fred Trump, who has an adult son with developmental disabilities, says he used his uncle’s presidency to advocate for people with complex disabilities and visited the White House about a dozen times, including once in May 2020 when he brought a group of disabled people with him.
He said his uncle was “very gracious” with the visitors but shocked him when he sat down for a personal chat.
“And he just came out with, ‘These people, all the expenses. They should just die,’” Fred Trump said. “He’s talking about human beings who have complex issues, and the first thing he could say was they should just die.”
You know who else believed that handicapped people “should just die?” And was actually happy to assist with that process? None other than Adolf Hitler. This is not a Christian view of things. The Christian view is that people are all different and have many different gifts as well as many different burdens in life. Certainly Helen Keller was not a run of the mill person. She was severely handicapped, being blind and deaf and mute before finally learning to speak. But she gave the world a wealth of insight into the lives of handicapped people. Trump would simply snuff all that out. And for financial reasons, of all things. Why waste the money? Wow.
Fred Trump III went on to say, “And within every family—people know this—families are complicated. Every family has their crazy uncle. My Uncle Donald is atomic crazy. And… he has put his mark on the family history.” He has put his mark on the world history, Fred. That’s the greater tragedy. Yes, we do all have crazy relatives somewhere. But Uncle Donald is, in fact, atomic crazy and he’s atomic dangeorus as a result.
Fred III will be voting for Kamala Harris, I’m sure you will be glad to know.

It says a lot when your own family members are writing books about you describing what a maniac you are and voting against you.
I guess Fred’s book isn’t being ought up by the RNC and distributed to the MAGA crowd, like Don, Jr.’s “bestseller.” 🙂
It’s reassuring to see that some people in this family, like Fred and Mary, are normal. His crazy uncle checks all the boxes for Nazi. Didn’t someone here say he keeps copies of Hitler’s speeches in his bed nightstand?
My WIFE AND I are good friends with a lady that was living in Berlin as a young girl during the whole Nazi period, she is scared to tears at times that Trump is actually going to emulate Hitler if he is elected, something we need to avoid with a unity vote for Kamala, the Traitor, Trump, has been given so many free rides of doing rotten things then, the rotten GOP has boosted Trump on his way out of trouble … That can be eliminated with all the votes we have going to Kamala, then, Trump can go directly to his own version of hell, life in prison for his crimes of stupidity and mountain-size Ego …
Lest we forget–just voting V.P. Harris into the white house is only one part of what we need to do. The House, Senate and states with bloody red legislatures and gov mansions need to turn blue. Without sufficient support we can have the best president we have ever had in all our history who will be unable to do enough to save our nation from these moronic monsters.Things need to change-constitutional amendments need to added dealing with at a minimum the corrupt s.c. President Biden is also correct in pushing for the changes necessary to make sure criminal presidents do the time for their crimes. Without the numbers in state houses and the legislative branch of the federal government, we will be at risk of destroying our nation at every election.
If people with disabilities should just die, then shouldn’t this shuffling, shoe lift and Depends wearing intellectual black hole be at the top of the list? Just don’t depend on a young republican to get the job done.
Fred III, like his sister Mary, is proof that even in the worst of families, you can pull away and be a more engaged, productive human being. And, listen to Fred’s description of DJT…”he uses people as props.” Exactly the point George Conway makes on his PAC website and is made on every episode of “Signs of a Psychopath.” People are only props; a means to their ends. The cult members are, for me, harder to understand. Why do they find such comfort in being Big Daddy’s props?!
Mary and Fred were children of Fred Trump, Jr., Donald’s older brother, who was not only normal, but a genuine good guy. His father destroyed his life because Fred Jr. didn’t want to follow his footsteps in the real estate business, he wanted to make an honest living as an airline pilot. That’s why Fred ruined his life. He died at the age of 43 of a heart attack and acute alcoholism.
