Former South Carolina Governor and GOP presidential candidate Nikki Haley is career suicidal, and Donald Trump is a political imbecile. There. I think that pretty much covers it.
I said it from the start. Todays GOP is Traitor Tot’s chew toy, and his for the taking. The nomination was never in doubt. Therefore anybody running on the GOP side running for President was either actually pimping a book they were about to release, or burnishing their national street creds for 2028. Nothing else makes sense, since it was a career kamikaze mission in todays GOP atmosphere.
And she actually caught on. Early on she seemed to become the top challenger to Trump, and basically pleaded with the other candidates to drop out, and give her a one-on-one race. And once she got it, she suddenly became a brand new home for the Never Trumpers who hadn’t left the GOP yet, waiting for a return of sanity.
Make no doubt about it, she was a flashing red light for Trump’s candidacy. She consistently scored in the upper 20’s and even low 30’s in primaries. And this wasn’t the general election, these were the core base supporters who are the only ones who bother to troop off to a smelly gym or the library in the middle of the winter to cast a vote that doesn’t actually elect anybody.
And when she exited the race, she did it on her own, divisive terms. She made it clear that she wasn’t interested in going to Mar-A-Slobo and kissing Trump’s ring, his ass, or anything else attached to him. And even after she bowed out, she continued to poll in the 20’s in the remaining primaries, leading El Pendejo Presidente to angrily banish her and her supporters from Trumpmenistan. I wrote at the time that her strategy was simple. If Trump loses in 2024, and she fully expected him to, then she becomes the voice of the new, post Trump GOP in 2028.
Not anymore, and never again. In retrospect, it would have been far better for Haley to have privately gone to Mar-A-Slobo to kiss Trump’ass than to stand behind a podium in a packed sports arena and doing it on national television. In one six minute speech she exposed herself to her loyal rebel base as just another two faced MAGAt. They wore their rebel Haley colors proudly, risking almost certain ostracism, and she just threw them into the Coliseum with the lions. She’s history.
And Trump is an imbecile. Forget that sh*t about His Lowness inviting Haley to speak in order to unify the party. Trump banished her and her rebel supporters. The only reason he invited her to speak was the same reason he used with Ted Cruz in 2016, humiliation. Unfortunately for Haley, she failed The Cruz Test, choosing momentary cheers and applause in the moment rather than a rousing rebel speech that got her jeered off the stage, but energized her fore supporters as their standard bearer in 2028. She turned out to be just another opportunistic political fraud.
And if Il Douche honestly believes that he lured one single Haley supporter back to the fold with that cheap stunt, he should immediately travel to Icepick, Long Island for his full frontal lobotomy. People who take the time and trouble to show up for a popularity contest vote for a candidate that isn’t even in the race anymore are not going to placidly chew their cuds and bovinely queue up to vote for Glorious Bleater.
Way back when I did a deep dive into Haley’s run, I put her as the top 2028 contender for the GOP nomination if Trump lost in 2024. But at that time I mistakenly thought she was serious about the whole thing. Now I’m totally clueless as to why she bothered to run in 2024 in the first place if she was just going to sell out and betray her base in the first place. She sure as sh*t isn’t getting a role in another Trump administration, unless it’s emptying the wastebaskets at the Washington Monument. As George Carlin used to opine, It’s great planet, but a strange culture.

Right. And I would add, they assume that voters will change their politics on a dime just as easily as they change their own, e.g. Linseed Graham, J.D. Vantz (incidentally, “vantz” is Yiddish for “bedbug”), all those who condemned J6 for about a day. No, normal people are not like that.
Anyone surprised listening to her stand on the stage trashing Trump then raising her hand to say she’d vote for him showing how little true character she possesses? She claimed the pissant that killed the nine churchgoers denigrated the conferderate flag! Really? You mean the flag of slave owning traitors that cost the country the Civil War. Stupid entitled whore only scratches the surface of her rancid set of values.
