As my favorite Sesame Street meme likes to say, Sh*t just got real. In the last 48 hours since his conviction on 34 counts, Traitor Tot’s life has been one long, rambling interrupted Trumper tantrum, and nobody is spared. But that’s about to change, and quickly.

Trump’s sentencing hearing is scheduled for July 11th. Standard protocol is for both the prosecution and the defense to have their written sentencing recommendations in front of the judge at least 7 days prior. Considering the fact that that’s July 4, that means they have to be in by July 3.

But those aren’t the only two entities in Trump’s sentencing. The New York state Parole Board will also submit a written sentencing guideline to the judge by July 3rd. Which means that sometime before then, most likely in the next two weeks, El Pendejo Presidente is going to have to present himself to his local parole office for a sentencing interview. And when that happens, His Lowness is dead meat.

As criminal defense attorney and MSNBC legal analyst Danny Ceballos said following Trump’s conviction, If a criminal defendant thought that the trial was a living hell, he soon finds out that his parole sentencing interview is Dante’s 7th ring of Hell. He has no rights, and is callously stripped bare.

Defendant Trump has been screaming since day one that he was the victim of a rigged system! And you know what? He’s f*cking right! The system has been rigged so far in his favor that it would be comical if it weren’t so pathetic. Just a few examples;

  • In his Manhattan case, even though it’s a public building, the media was barred from the office for Trump’s booking, and he was spared the indignity of being perp walked or getting a mug shot taken
  • Access was restricted to both of the federal booking locations, even though they too are public buildings, and was spared the indignity of getting mug shotted
  • The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office was also closed to the media, although they took his mug shot, a copy of which was provided to him, which he immediately turned into a fundraising tool
  • Judge Merchan issued a gag order for Trump covering the judge’s family, the prosecutors, prospective witnesses and jurors. Trump promptly wiped his ass with the gag order, Judge Merchan fined him $10,000 and warned him that repeated offenses could lead to incarceration. No drug dealer or carjacker would have even gotten a second warning
  • When the jury got the case and began deliberations, Judge Merchan ordered that Trump remain in the courthouse any time that the jury was deliberating, and assigned him a conference room as a holding area. Based on a defense request, the judge had a television set installed in the room so Il Douche wouldn’t get bored

So there’s no doubt, the system has been rigged, and in favor of Trump. And now Trump has to go through a sentencing interview with a New York state parole officer. And you know what he’s expecting? Another meeting with a sniveling low level civil servant that apologizes for the inconvenience, and speed through the forms as briefly as possible.

Dream on, blue eyes. Let me ask you a question. Have any of you ever had to go to the unemployment office in tough times? How’d you like it? A big room with folding chairs, a check-in desk, and individual desks at the back with the case officers. And every one of them had the same outlook. Bored indifference. There were no individuals, only cases to be dealt with as efficiently as possible.

And it will be even worse for Trump when he shows up at his local parole office, for one simple reason. Trump is no longer defendant Trump, with all of his attendant civil rights and privileges. As of Thursday afternoon Trump became convict Trump, with no civil liberties or privileges. Trump doesn’t know it yet, but when he walks through those doors, he’s just another convict, and it’s the job of the system to wear him into compliance.

When Trump walks into the office, he’ll walk into the same office every common thug and drug dealer walks into. He probably won’t have to wait to be processed, but now there will be no grudging deference to his position, he’s just another convicted felon. And especially if the media is barred, there will be no reason for them to even pretend to treat him with deference.

He’ll be escorted into a bare, utilitarian office with a standard government issue desk and two chairs. The chair he sits in will likely have been last occupied by a street level drug dealer, and a street thief before that. And the man behind the desk couldn’t care less about his power blue suit and commie red tie.

The interview, from what I understand, is meant to be intrusive and degrading. They will take his personal physical and financial information, then go into his habits. They’ll get into his personal life and habits, anything that will help Judge Merchan to determine his sentence. And Trump will have to sit there and take it.

Which will be an unmitigated disaster. Because one of the things that the parole officer is looking for is admission of guilt, and signs of repentance. And since Trump is, pardonez moi Francais, the dumbmest motherf*cker I’ve seen in 67 long years, will try to steamroll the parole officer for political purposes, not understanding that the parole officer’s report to the court is confidential.

In that interview, Trump will almost certainly sow the seeds of his own detention. Judge Merchan has far reaching latitude in his considerations in sentencing. Merchan can consider the finding of criminal guilt of the fraud case against the Trump Organization. He can consider the E Jean Carroll civil conviction. He can certainly consider Trump’s 10 counts of direct contempt of court.

But most importantly, Judge Merchan will consider Trump’s admission of guilt and pledge of contrition. And if there’s one thing that Trump will never do, it’s to stand up in open court, admit guilt, and ask for lenience. His election dreams would be over. Add to that the parole officer’s report about Trump’s arrogance and unrepentance, and it’s hard to see how Judge Merchan doesn’t sentence Trump to incarceration, especially with his continued violations of his gag order once the verdict was announced.

Whatever happens from here on out, one thing is for certain: Trump’s vaunted ego is about to die. For the first time in his sad, misbegotten life, Trump is about to run head first into the wall of the system. And he’s about to find out that the system doesn’t give a sh*t about him. Welcome to accountability, FOOL!

I thank you for the privilege of your time.

    • Not until it actually happens. Besides, I don’t recall Von Shitzinpants calling for such a thing (could have missed it since paying attention to him and his cult members being so fucking stupid is painful) so it would be hard to lay this at his doorstep. Unless it can be proved he put out the word for this to happen, specifically, it won’t be added to the already long list.

  1. Your “… His Lowness is dead meat… [this particular] … criminal defendant [will] soon finds out that his parole sentencing interview is Dante’s 7th ring of Hell. He has no rights, and is callously stripped bare…” BECAUSE:

    • Trump is highly unlikely to go to his presentence interview. Yes, his refusal to attend can be taken into account by the Probation Department and judge, but attending would be much worse for him.

    • Procedural questions:
Does he present solo, without the support of a lawyer (to protect whatever rights he may still have)?
Can we be sure “the man (?) behind the desk couldn’t care less about his power blue suit and commie red tie”?
Who’d a thought, with the verdict a slam dunk and that he was sunk, that it wasn’t quite so and that he has now to sink further as he meets every little loss of rights (carry concealed weapon, right to vote, freedom of international travel like any bi$$ionaire…….) and a binding spider’s we of bureaucratic inconveniences?

  2. You mean murf like he cared about the thousands of families and children he destroyed at the border in violation of the asylum laws? Hope it DOES treat him like a convicted heroin dealer. After all, he’s also a reported drug addict.

    • Will he be required to do a drug test for this event? If he is, as reputed, doing drugs without an Rx, he’d be screwed. However, dr. ronny may have provided an adderall script (or any other) which would make that piece of info out of bounds. I take a CD physical every year (blood pressure meds make it yearly) and while some of my meds might be out of bounds if not prescribed, if I am prescribed those meds I’m golden (there obviously could be meds NOT allowed period).
