Trump is an imbecile. But then again, that’s a given. But because Trump’s infantile ego and personality are mentally incapable of comprehending the concept of personal responsibility and accountability, ne has instead chosen to see everything about his current personal legal difficulties through rose colored political lenses.
Mostly Trump sees his persecution as a multi level donation stream scam. The e-mail and text blasts go out day and night, and you can get an indication of the Trump fatigue from the fact that online fundraising is down some 37%. But every penny counts. He also uses it as a rallying cry to tie his faithful sheeple tighter to him, reminding them that he’s taking this hit for them! And he uses it to force clownish shows of fealty from the misfit toys in the House MAGA caucus. Hey, whatever helps get ya through the night.
But as I wrote in a previous article, as any black man from Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, South Caroline or Florida will tell you, there is nothing about stepping into a state courtroom that even vaguely resembles a sham trial. It is deadly serious business, with deadly real world consequences that can f*ck up your your life for decades, if not forever.
But because Traitor Tot is a barely functional imbecile, seeing this trial purely through a political lens, and because he can never be held accountable, he has never bothered to take a deep dive, or even a snorkeling trip through just what a criminal conviction entails. Let’s take just a few minutes to eddicate the moron, shall we?
- If Trump is convicted, he will of course immediately appeal the verdict. But that won’t get him his cash portion of his bail back, nor will it take him off the hook for the balance from the bail bondsman for the balance, since the case isn’t finalized yet
- When Trump was arraigned, he had to surrender all of his passports, to help ensure his appearance at trial. If Trump is convicted, those passports are lost, since convicted criminals are barred from possessing a passport. No more weekends at Turnberry for you, ass clown. And I believe, but can’t confirm that if Trump’s conviction is upheld, his passports are toast, and he’d have to reapply after his entire sentence and conditions are completed
- If Trump is free on bond while he appeals his case, he belongs to the New York state court. Trump bitched about his trial curtailing his travel to campaign for President. If he’s convicted, he’s going nowhere without the approval in advance from the court. Let’s see how His Lowness likes pre-approving all of his travel with Judge Merchan
- And here’s my personal favorite. Convicted. Criminals. . Can’t Vote. And while Trump is out on bond on appeal, he’s still a convicted criminal. And that measn that he won’t even be able to vote for himself for President in November
- If Trump is out on bail pending appeal, he’s still a convicted criminal. And that means that he’s forbidden from hanging with, or even contacting other convicted criminals. So much for strategizing with Steve Bannon, a convicted criminal. And to my understanding, so much for bringing Paul Manafort back on the campaign, since a pardon doesn’t erase his criminal conviction, only serving his sentence
- best yet, the court is free to establish whatever other restrictions on him that they deem fit while his appeal is pending. If I’m right, this would preclude Trump from any association with the Trump Organization, since it has been criminally convicted in New York as a fraudulent operation
I’m sure that there’s probably more that I’m missing, but this will do for a start. The point is this. Il Douche is mentally incapable of comprehending the very concept of personal accountability. But if that New York jury comes back with a verdict of guilty, ready for it or not, personal accountability is about to come crashing down on top of his head, appeal or not. And like that black dude in Mobile, Trump is about to come face-to-face with the fact that his life is no longer his own until this is all sorted out. He belongs to the state now, just another cog in the machine. And that’s accountability I can live with.
I thank you for the privilege of your time.

The key to all this being the phrase “if he’s convicted”. As a prognosticator I make a real good cook. I think perhaps you also make a real good cook Murf?
We can hope he gets convicted, think he should be convicted, and logic might dictate he gets convicted but it is that jury that decides if he gets convicted. This might surprise you but as a mind reader I make a real good tailor. You a good tailor too Murf?
Waiting for this is not a heck of a lot of fun. A bit on the nerve-wracking side in fact.
And we think we’re sick of his whining and sniveling up to now? If he gets convicted, there will only be more of it, UNTIL they take his phone away, I day I can hardly wait for!
