Habba Deflects When Asked If Trump Asked Russia, Saudi Arabia For $$$

If you hear a thud in the distance and wonder what it is, I’ll tell you. It’s the sound of our culture lurching downwards towards Hell yet another couple of meters. This is common in the Era of Trump. That’s the effect he has, to demoralize, divide, and destroy all that our collective good will, hard work and ingenuity has built of this country in the past 240-some years.

Alina Habba was on Fox News. First she suggested that the dear ladies of The View, who suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome, should go to church to pray “to who or what they pray to” for forgiveness. This coming from a handmaid of Satan, if ever there was one. With phosphorescent teeth, no less. If you’re a MAGA-hag, you have to meet Trump’s standards for women. In all events, McCallum asked a highly loaded, point blank question and here’s what happened to that.

On a certain level I can’t blame Habba. She’s found the gravy train and as long as Trump pays her bills, she’ll keep working for him. We assume that she has more sense than Rudy and is getting the money either upfront or within a very quick turnaround after she presents a bill.

Habba will take the money and run at some point. She’ll be worth who knows how many millions. If she invests it well and writes a tell-all book, she’ll never have to work the rest of her life. Or, she may decide there’s more money in right-wing TV, and that will be her next perch. She may have to walk over the dead body of Lauren Boebert, who I suspect is looking to go there as well.

My prediction is that she’ll do a Stephanie Grisham maneuver at some point. Grisham had enough sense to bail on January 6 in the heat of the riot. That was a very good move on her part. And now she’s one of the “good guys” and it’s all forgotten that she was the one and only White House press secretary in the history of that job who never gave a press conference. Even Stephen King and Don Winslow couldn’t bribe her into doing it. They each offered $75K to her favorite charity if she would do just one press conference. Grisham declined, when she could have done a lot of good for starving animals, children, people with cancer, any number of things.

Point being, take with a grain of salt the turnabouts in Trump world. Although I do take Michael Cohen seriously and he did serve three years in prison. That is certainly time enough to reassess one’s life and come to different conclusions. But Grisham is a wheeler and dealer and God knows Habba is.

So we’ll take Melania’s advice and “stay tuned.” And if you have a moment, Trump is gearing up for another multi-post meltdown on Truth Social. Here are highlights:

Trump was found liable for fraud in 2023, before the trial began. He has repeatedly denied wrongdoing and raised accusations of election interference, charges parallel to those he faces in Washington D.C. and Georgia.

“They do not care about the Law, the facts, or anything, but tying up my money,” Trump wrote Wednesday, “and interfering in the Election.”

Trump’s got no money to tie up. That’s the issue. If he had the “billions and billions” his shill, Habba, says he has, there would be no conversation. He’d just pay the bondsman or post the money himself and go down the road.

The truth is he doesn’t have the money and it is driving him insane and keeping him awake at night that people are finding out how broke he is. That’s why he’s ranting and raving.
