I guess Lauren Boebert is going to go out with a real splash, lying all the way. She’s not happy about Ken Buck’s decision to leave Congress early and you can hear that in this video. And she’s far and away not the only one upset by Buck, as you will also hear. She starts out with how she’s leading by 25 points — where? If anybody can find the poll she’s referencing, please let us know here. There was a text poll taken on February 26, which showed her with support of 40%, but text polls are very informal, one, and there have been more recent polls. The source I’m quoting is Newsweek, and they reported Boebert finishing fifth after a debate in CO-04, and then third in a straw poll conducted ten days ago. So where this magical lead of 25% is coming from, who knows?
Hell, Buck may have just been tired of the MAGA BS. It does screw BoBo but she doesn't look like she's winning her "new district" anyway. This just speeds up her decisions. She must leave her seat now to run for a special election or she must sit in her seat until January.

It makes perfect sense. Boebert has been self-immolating for some time now, with the messy divorce, the Beetlejuice incident, the oldest kid getting arrested, and now her only way to semi save face is to claim that the Uni-Party and the swamp did her in. She is the swamp. But it gets crazier still. It always does.
Oh but it gets worse. @laurenboebert is switching to where Ken Buck is leaving Congress in. Which means, she can’t run both in her district and run for the special election and election in the 4th.

Buck is clearly fed up and he doesn’t owe Boebert anything. He doesn’t owe any of the MAGA clowns anything. For that matter, he doesn’t owe the Republicans anything. What I find amazing, however, is that he’s being cast as the Devil of the Uni-Party now. I’m pretty sure he wasn’t expecting that.
It does make sense for Bobo to go that route because it’s easier to blame the Forces Of Evil than to admit that she screwed up. And then she can pass on that lesson to her children as well, that when you fail, it’s not as a result of your own missteps and bad judgement, it’s the result of evil out to get you.
I especially like the idea that Bongino is planting that somehow Jeffries is going to certify the vote. Nope, you’re miscasting him. You’re thinking of the person who played the Mike Pence role, which in this case would be Kamala Harris. And I’m sure there will be plenty of conspiracies centered around her being in the Mike Pence role.
This is what happens when you get people who know nothing of government and have them broadcast to people who know even less. The end result is paranoia and fear. That’s what Donald Trump is selling this year is fear. You need to fear The Other, you need to fear the Uni-Party, you need to fear anybody and everybody that he tells you to fear.
Mark June 25 on your calendars. With any luck, it will be the end of Lauren Boebert. She’ll lose the primary, somebody else will go on to run on the GOP ticket for 2024 and then she can hope and pray that Trump wins so that he’ll appoint her Secretary Of Education or some other post in his cabinet.

DITTO, when all else seems a chaos of never-do-wells, with NO OVERSIGHT corrections to their obviously tainted actions, the wall between the RNC/Republicans and common sense, mixed with truth and consistent performance for the People, has grown to a massive size of thickness and altitude, it may be an act of god is a good way out … But, I feel the self-destruct cycle has already started, it hit hard in the Obama years when the Turtle claimed the Party of NO, and Obama was NOT going to get any of his projects off the ground, was THAT a sign of racism?

Ok, I might be about to signal I’m a giant, clueless dumbass (wouldn’t be the first time – I remember looks I got when Kim Kardashian became famous and asking “who’s Kim Kardashian?”) but WTF is the “Uni-Party?” Is it some actual thing, at least in the truly batsh*t insane part of MAGA Land? Or just a term of art (I use the term loosely) Bobo made up on the spot to sound like she knew sh*t.
it’s been around a while. extremists like to claim that moderate Republicans and Democrats are really all the same party, pushing the same policies. Extremists on both sides of the horseshoe, mind you.
I was just as clueless, so I googled “uni-party”—-according to NBC, the term is used by MAGA-R’s against any R that works with or compromises with Democrats.
Bobo has already abandoned the 3rd District and knows she can’t win in the 4th. She just wants to keep what campaign cash she has left to fund her new life.
I think Buck.is resigning just to.keep Bumblebees out of office. He just screwed her royally. I also suspect it is being done because he,in good conscience as one of the last old-fashioned conservatives, doesn’t want to be associated with what the GOP has become. He can’t support the likes of Gaetz,and MTG and Stefanik, and look.at himself in the mirror.
